This was an interesting first impression with my experience visiting this evening around 6:30PM. There were 2 people ahead in drive-thru that moved along at a fast pace. I was first faced with a lack of a real menu except the first in-line spot. There were QR menu codes in place. Second, the music was blaring so loudly that it was difficult to place my order and hear the employees In person. When I first pulled up I noticed 3-4 employees standing around in the front talking amongst each other while everyone else was working.
While waiting and observing this in plain view, after about 7 minutes an employee from the back came to the front to ask a red haired female coworker a question about my drink at hand being made. She became irate and yelled something inaudible back to him. He responded something I didn’t hear, followed by the female yelling louder “to stop giving her attitude and know his place. And if he wants to continue he can go home right now”. I’m just shocked and in disbelief that this occurred, let alone in plain sight and earshot of customers just waiting excited to try this new place out and enjoy their drink. Terribly unprofessional and disappointing displays of workmanship observed tonight. I hope they can be corrected for better experiences for myself and other customers alike. As for the taste of my cinnamon roll latte with added marshmallow flavor served hot, it was okay. I wasn’t crazy about it, but it was still good id say. I’d like to return sometime and give it another shot and try something different. To be continued…
Edit: Went back to give this place another try. Got a hot latte and it tasted like burnt milk with a shot of drip coffee added. Went back immediately to return for refund and didn’t even want another drink after that. Got a single free drink card for the incident, went back a week later to try an energy drink refresher.
