Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sheffield

I literally ordered on the 9th of Nov had a payment come out for the 58 and some change the next day. Then had 64 and some change come out on the 14th. I called and talked to Kayla she was very nice and helpful. Told me to call back in a few days to see if anything has updated. Ok, no problem. I call today because the charge is still there and got a rude man on the phone because he was in his mind trying to explain the process to me which I was already told however, they don’t ever charge you twice while processing a tip for full amounts. He hung up on me because I told him to not get an attitude with me as I’ve been dealing with this for a week. He hung up on me multiple times. So now I will have to email the company for their mistake or call my bank which he so rudely told me to do. I asked to speak to the manager each time I called them he’d hang up on me. I will unfortunately never order from there again even though I love the pizza. Good help is hard to...

This 1 star rating has nothing to do with the food. The food has been delicious every time we ordered. This review is due to the egregious behavior of one of their delivery employees. On October 9th just before 6 PM, their delivery driver, driving a yellow mustang, was at the Abbe road/Detroit intersection waiting to turn left onto Abbe road. The light was green with absolutely 0 cars coming from the opposite direction. We waited for several moments prior to honking to get her attention that the light was STILL green (traffic had already flowed through and been done). She continued to sit at a blatant green light to the point the people behind us even started to lay on the horn. She finally turned left and proceeded to flip us off and stick her tongue out at us. The Dominos. on North Abbe Rd. is great.I haven't go there or order pizza, but I had ordered delivery on their sandwiches for me and my girls. Their steak sandwich is my top favorite and I prefer it over. a steak bruno. from another well known Pizza place.The other Pizza place do not put what i remember from Philly cheese steak sandwich and Domino's Pizza does..It is also delicious and deliver always hot. I also try their Chicken Bacon Ranch also delicious.My daughter ordered Chicken Buffalo she loved it.I also love ordering online because they show you the progress after you send you order online.It even show you when is out for delivery and more. I gave them a 5 star review because we did love their sandwiches. Soon I will try their Pizza .I only tried it a very long time ago.Well...
