When a close friend lost his father very unexpectedly last week, I ordered several items online to be delivered to his family. Hannah reached out to me right after I messaged their info mailbox and not only made sure my sympathy note was just right, but also got it shipped out immediately. I received a bag of orange blossom shortbread cookies as part of a gift basket and immediately decided I need to buy more on my own.
