If we could give 0 stars we would this wasn’t the first time we’ve eaten here but it will be the last I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR BEWARE FOR NAILS IN YOUR RIBTIPS! Upon reheating our ribtips today after ordering Last night for our family 3 of which are children 3,4 and 17 years old thankfully this didn’t make it to their dish, my fiance almost ate/swallowed what looks to be like 2 nails crossed like an X covered in bbq sauce on the meat. When my fiance called to rectify the issue he was asked if he wanted them remade and then proceeded to say “honestly its probably from when they do the dishes” umm i dont know about anyone else but i dont clean my ribtips or dishes with nails or metal wire that if swallowed would cut you up the whole way down not to mention what does cleaning dishes have to do with finding metal nail like things in our ribtips? Needless to say they seemed clueless and unsure of how to handle the problem they are lucky nobody swallowed them and that my fiance felt while beginning to chew and spit it out. and to answer the managers question heck no we do not want them remade we will not be ordering from any Happy’s location ever again and will be sure to make anyone we know and come in contact with how careless/clueless they are not only to rectify the problem but while preparing other peoples food. we also have pictures of proof of these nail things if corporate or the owner would like to see we will also be posting reviews else where to be sure people are at least aware to pay attention to their food since the business doesn’t...
Read moreNormally I never have any issues with this location. Tonight was a different story. I ordered a carry out around 830ish. Called back around 945. Order taker accidentally put me as carryout. Said the food has only been ready for 20 minutes its still warm. I asked for them to remake it before delivery. Considering i asked for delivery almost an hour and half prior. No big deal right. Nope big deal. He apologized for putting in as pick up. Then he said we can get it out to you shortly and give you a 10 percent discount. I kindly refused the low 10 percent off offer Considering my pizza most likely given drive time from the location would already have been made 45 to 50 minutes prior. They wouldn't even attempt to rectify the issue. The man on the phone said do you want it or we can keep it. Horrible customer service my man. If that's how customers get treated after employee mistakes. I sincerely suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
Update!!! The store manager called me back the next morning to apologize for the previous nights employees. They did remake my entire order on the house and did have it delivered the next evening. Unfortunately sometimes one bad apple can ruin it for others. I am hoping in the future when I do order again that there no more...
Read moreI ordered a cheeseburger and 4 cans of Pepsi. I usually order direct from the Mound and 16 Mike location, but I was using instacart app which uses Uber eats. The driver dropped off my food but it was in Savvy Slider packaging (weird) sure enough it was 2 little sliders, a handful of cold French fries and 1 can of Pepsi. By now i have figured out this is not my usually Happys Pizza . So I paid $32 for 2 little sliders and fries all cold, not warm cold (also not what was advertised as the burger on the app was a full sized burger not sliders) and 1 Pepsi. The Uber app wouldn't take the complaint without a photo and the app wouldn't upload for some reason so I have no recourse but to post a negative review , I also attempted to contact through your website but there is no where on the site to contact your business more discreetly . Either you didn't fulfill the order properly shorting me 3 cans of pepsi or the driver took them and I was never asked for a substitution for the burger, either way I will be contesting the charges as I did not receive what I ordered and also will not be a patron of any Happys Pizza until this is resolved. Feel free to reply if interested in discussing this in a more...
