Starbucks — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

It's your typical Starbucks...... sSslLloOoooW; but I think all Starbucks r slow as they r often busy, even at Kroger's. Lol 😉

My reasoning for giving it a 4 star rating is bcuz they were not too versed in giving suggestions. It was fine w me only for the fact I know what I wanted and was in no rush, I was there for weekly shopping however had I been on my way to work or on my break say from the store next door or even a Kroger employee, I would not of been so willing to give the 4 stars, it would have been more like 3, but I am a fair and open minded person, the girl could of been new or had other reasons as I did not notice how long that person was undecided for when I walked up... Anyway, the customer b4 me was undecided and the girl offered no help. It was only that person, myself & then another person walked up as the person in front of me...

I've been drinking Starbucks cold brew for years, ordering at multiple locations in different cities and states.

I can confirm 100% without a doubt they are not serving cold brew here. They are putting regular Starbucks burnt tasting heat brewed coffee into the fridge and trying to pass it off as cold brew. Shame on them!

This is not a typical Starbucks so expect horrible food as well, not prepared correctly if they even have it in stock.

Making coffee incorrectly at a coffee shop (with those prices) is a crime. I wish I could return my two Vente portions because I cannot drink them, but it's not worth leaving my job to deal with this stupid location. I'll drive past it to the 'slightly less lame' location on 23 mile because at least they...

Disappointing to know that my drink was sitting out for more than 20 minutes from when I ordered via app. I assumed they were busy during a morning rush, which is why I never got a “completed order“ notification. I walked in and said if they were running behind and she said no. She told me my drink has been ready for 20 minutes. At least the location across the street inside another store completes the orders on their end so you know when to pick up your items. Will not be patronizing this location inside Kroger.

Should note that I am now home in 45 minutes after I’ve placed my order, and it still shows that it is in process...
