Warning: HORRIBLE SERVICE. As a local who has come here over the years, I do NOT recommend. The service and quality use to be decent but it is not any longer. Not only are the staff rude but the quality of the drinks have gone downhill. Today we ordered 5 drinks in the drive through and after a long wait they gave us three of our drinks. Two of them hadn’t even been rung up and one was rung up as an incorrect size. Instead of fixing the issue there at the window we were informed that we would have to go back through to order the other two drinks again which would have taken at least another 30 minutes considering the line and how slow they are. After deciding to park and go inside to resolve the issue, we discovered that one of the drinks we had ordered contained nothing but steamed milk and lacked any of the other ingredients it was supposed to contain. We went inside and after a minute one of the workers wandered over to the counter where we were and just stood there staring and saying nothing. Upon informing her of the issue and providing her with the receipt, she kind of stared at us dumbly, turned and asked if one of the others had added anything to the drink besides milk and then mumblingly asked if we wanted it remade or what. We finally were able to order our other two drinks that had been left off, and we left. This is the most recent of several instances within the last month where they have majorly fallen short of good service. I go up to the speaker to order today (03/28/25) around 3:30 and the girl taking orders says abruptly “It will be a minute” I said okay, and I asked her how long. She huffed and said “There’s only two of us here and a long line. I have no idea how long it will be. We just ran out of coffee I need to make more.” And I said okay… and after a minute or two a lady behind me honked (I’m assuming by accident) and the girl hopped back on the line and said “Yes?” I said “I didn’t honk at you. That’s rude. I would let you know if I needed something.” The girl snapped back and said “Well you can order anytime, we are just really busy, there’s just two of us here…” and then ranted about the coffee again and some other stuff.
Another lady eventually had to hop on and take my order because the girl was getting increasingly angry. When I got to the window (took like 10 minutes) the other girl that took my order (the nice one) apologized and said that the other girl was overstimulated. I said that I understand that, however she should absolutely not be taking it out on the customers. The girl agreed with me and was so nice after everything. I did try asking for the girls name but she wouldn’t tell me. Corporate really needs to know what goes on at this store. Read moreEdit 11/26/23: extremely rude employees in sweets, bad attitudes walking away from customers asking questions, when we asked about our missing donuts the girl grabbed 2 random donuts (the wrong ones), and had her finger stuck in the top of one of them.... our box is covered in chocolate.. both looked sick and worst experience ever.. back to starbucks and Krispy Kreme.. Edit 02/10/22: I think a new crew has been bright in, the staff was absolutely awesome! Our food was good and service was great. We stopped in for breakfast sandwiches after work, we ordered the 2 for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissants and an extra one with no cheese. They said "wow... really" and were still talking about us after they told us to drive around. They rang up the 3rd croissant as a bagel and when we asked about it they said they know it was just rang up wrong... when we got our food, all the sandwiches had cheese and we had already left... wont be returning, we will find another spot for our breakfasts.
