Was so looking forward to getting some JITB on the way to our vacation in Tennessee. Had this location mapped out on the way. Stopped in on 4/27 around 2pm. The drive thru was empty and the parking lot was mostly also. We went inside, place looked filthy inside the dining area and the kitchen looked atrocious, food and napkins all over the floor. Dining area only had one table seated with customers with a family. The father was waiting up by the counter for food, as well as another lady not together. Wife and I approached the counter, and the cashier that was standing there turned around to join some conversation going on in the kitchen, then started laughing and walked away and went to the back to join the fun conversation. They peeked around a few times while talking to see us standing there waiting, but continued there conversations ignoring us. We could hear the conversation clearly, it was just jokes, fun games, carrying on acting like fools and cursing all the while, so loud and rude. All the employees looked unkempt, dirty and had scowls on their faces when looking at us. I turned to the guy that was waiting to ask what he was waiting on, he said hes been waiting on his families order for 15 minutes, and didn't seem very happy. The other lady said shes been waiting in the drive thru and no one helped her, so she parked and came inside, and still no one has helped her. On that, with them being the only ones there, drive thru empty, rude obnoxious getto jive going on in the back, ignoring us, which we felt was intentional because we were not the same black american demographic of all the employees inside, we no longer wanted to chance an order or what we may get. We left and around the corner to DQ and got two excellent burgers, quickly, and excellent service from beginning to end. We wanted the new Red Bull infusion but they were sold out, the lady at the window was kind to tell us when they would be back in stock. We come back today (3/10) around 4:30pm and had a horrible experience. I order two “pink pineapple redbulls”, and 1 can of the white peach redbull. The lady taking my order had a misunderstanding and rang me up for the twisted soda and 2 cans of redbull, so I tried to politely re-explain what I wanted at the speaker. She very rudely repeated what I said and responded shortly “that’s what I-” and stopped her sentence, which threw me off. I clarified at least 3 times I wanted the redbull, not the soda. She finally “understood” and harshly said “oh the redbull infusions?” She didn’t tell me a price and rudely said “pull around.” When we got to the window and paid, I was handed two cans of Redbull. I reminded them I only wanted 1 can, and they seemed shocked and looked upset at me. When I got the two infusions and my can (finally) only the one they made at the window tasted like redbull, the other tasted like a soda. I’m very disappointed because after our great experience last week, despite not even being able to try the drinks, we were excited to try them and give this Jack in The Box a chance just because of how nice they were! Read moreAbsolutely awful customer service. Lady at the counter couldn't even get the order right, or even knew what was on the sandwhiches. She got snappy with us when we corrected her. Waited almost ten-15 minutes and one server plops the wrong sandwich in front of my boyfriend and asks "oh, you ordered too?". Our reciept was in plain view. The manager couldn't control them, witnessed her having to give a refund cause of poor service. The server came back and actually flopped the food in front of us with an attitude. My boyfriend's sandwhiche was the exact same one from before but with hot sauce on it. They litterall took the burger off the old bun and slapped it on a new one with hot sauce. I barely got any fries with my order and my order was wrong. Most of the tables were dirty and the manager, when my boyfriend went to show his order was wrong, actually took the reciept and never gave it back, so we couldn't get the corporate number. We also couldn't dispute any other issues if they arose.. this was by far the worst experience at a Jack in the Box I have ever had. It is a shame because this is the closest one to me since.loving from Tucson. I refuse to return to that cess pit of a restaurant until the staff shapes up and management learns to control...
