Subway — Restaurant in Shelby

I only went here because I had a gift card. The lady who served me did not want to be there. I believe I saw a commercial stating they had a special for foot longs, but maybe that was for a certain foot long. No worries. I know the glorious five dollar foot long is long gone. Anyway, I didn't really care because I had twelve dollars to spend and some change on my card. I ended up with a foot long philly cheese steak, toasted, and a bag of chips for a whopping $13.75. I like getting my monies worth, and this surely is not the answer. I weighed the sandwich for further measure, and it weighed in at 15 oz. That's absurd, so that means around a 1/4 to 1/3 pound of super processed beef, the rest consisted of provolone, lettuce, olives, and bread. No condiments. Just came to share my one and only experience with my local Subway...

So, I placed an order on the mobile app for this location. I get there and the lady working says she can't find the order and that they never got it. I'm sitting here looking at my phone where it shows the order is ready for pickup and my card was charged for the order amount. I double checked the location on the order and it said Walmart Shelby. They say they can't do anything because they don't have the order even though I showed them the order on my phone and gave the order number info. The lady didn't know how to work the computer to find the past orders I guess? So I'm out money with no food and they won't do anything about it. They said to place a new order. Ok? But I'm still out my money... How are they going to resolve this? They can't just take money and not provide a product...

Subway in Walmart Suptercenter in Shelby NC service sucks! During lunch hour when it is really busy, they only have 1 person making sandwiches and running the register. The manager does not offer to help the lunch line until there is about 4 to 5 people in line. The Load Potaote Soup is delicious but I have went there for 3 weeks straight asking for the Pototae Soup. Everyday they tell me that they either have not pep it yet or they dont have any. I am very disappointed in this Subway location. They have turned me against Subway. I rather take my business somewhere else. The manager of The Shelby location in the Walmart Supercenter is not friendly at all. SUBWAY NEEDS TO DO BETTER! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! 30-40 DEGREES OUTSIDE & WE CAN'T GET SOUP ON THESE COLD...
