Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Shelby

I ordered my pizza at 5:40 and was quoted a 32 minute delivery. After an hour I called to ask what the deal was. I was told he was on his way. I waited another 30 minutes was on hold so long I hung up. I called back after 2 hours had passed and asked to speak to a manager. Her name was something with an M. Morgan maybe? Michelle? Who cares. She was apologetic and blamed it on them getting behind and I told her I understand but good customer service would be to call and notify the customer. Then she proceeded to blame it on me ordering online which set me over the edge. She said if I called in the order someone would have called me. I put my number in the order online....so you're telling me you get treated differently the way you order? She did not offer a refund and said he was JUST NOW WALKING OUT THE DOOR!!!! So I stopped her and asked if I was going to be refunded. She hesitated but did say she would refund me. We will see if that happens. Well when the guy gets here I ask for change for a $20 so I can tip him. I was only going to give him $2 because of how annoyed I was but still wanted to give him gas money. After giving me $16 and slowly looking for the rest (trying to get more of a tip) I said just forget it and keep the $4. Then he asks to use my bathroom. I didn't want to but felt bad so I did anyway. I was home alone while my boyfriend was at work and with my 8 month old baby. I'm only 21 and a female. I thought this was very disrespectful for him to ask. Plus he LEFT URINE EVERYWHERE IN MY BATHROOM!!!!! I can't remember his name but he was a big guy. Oh not to mention he lied saying he was the only delivery driver and my food was freezing cold. Plus no marinara with my bread sticks. Pizza Hut is disgusting anyway....I just ordered because of the $5 deal they are having. Never again. I'm livid...and I try to be understanding....

Since covid this place has lost touch with reality... The prices are beyond extreme, I know prices have went up on everything but the prices have honestly doubled, and the pizza isn't even as good as it use to be..the employees could care less about the customers and they still open and close when ever they would like...make certain to call before visiting , advertised hours are not honored.

Update: So its been over a year since My last visit.. I go in order a $10.99 pizza to go .I pay with my card ,leaving a $1 tip..unsure of who exactly would get the tip because 1 girl took My order , Another girl cooked it and a third girl took my payment. Non the less I leave with Pizza ( rather good for the price) The next day My card payment updates to include an $11 tip!!! REALLY ??? THIS IS ILLEGAL!! I Call the restaurant and ask to speak with a manager or better yet the owner and the shift leader says she is the only one there that i could speak with...i tell her the problem. She describes the lady that took My payment as "the girl with all the piercings" i say yes and she says she will call me back. Days pass no call back ,.Again I call and ask to speak with a Manager and twice they hang the phone up. The following week i get a $2 refund to my card . Just down right pitiful !! To my understanding the "girl with the piercings" is still there. Check your bank statements if...

First and foremost location, location, location It is ill advised to try and go to this place between 4 and 6 p.m. as the traffic on earl rd plus the 74 traffic is horrible way to much traffic. Second of all DO NOT ORDER THE DINNER BOX FOR YOUR FAMILY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO TO THREE PEOPLE. It is not worth the money like i said it can easily feed 2 maybe 3 people, I have 5 people me my wife and 3 children. My children ate the dinner box and me and my wife didnt eat... To whom ever the woman was that was working the front at this place YOU NEED TO LEARN WHAT CUATOMERSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!! first you mis pronounced my last name its not that hard to say. Second you all but through it onto the counter and third of all you need to watch that smart mouth you have not very good for customer service... MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I won't return...
