Good go-to restaurant, with great wait staff service and a good selection of American classic cuisine. Meals are approximately $30 per person. The wait staff have a wonderful attitude and do a good job of providing service! Overall, a good experience BJ's is a great dining option, if you are looking for a chain restaurant like the Cake Factory, but without the confusing 10,000+ items listed on the CF menu. We came here on a busy Sunday night but there was still seating available on Mother's Day, which was great! Once seated at our new booth, our waitress made every effort to make sure that we had drinks and menus brought to us quickly. She had a wonderful attitude and provided great service! The menu is easy to read with a lot of classic American menu items. BJ's offers a nice menu, with a wide variety of options. We ordered the following to get a good example of their different foods: *The classic cheeseburger, which was delicious and not greasy and served with a side of fries that we're good! *The California sourdough chicken club sandwich, which the chicken breast was tender, the vegetables and avocado were fresh and a side of fries. *The Prime Rib dip sandwich, noting that the meat was tender and not stringy, a side of horseradish and fries. The horseradish was not too spicy and tasted like fresh prepared. I would recommend any of the above items. The dining room was kept clean and tables were promptly cleaned up and made available for newer arriving guests. The ambiance is very family-oriented and friendly. The waiters and waitresses did a wonderful job taking care of their guests Overall I give BJ's 1thumbs up, but, not 2 thumbs up. *The 3 stars is based on the disgruntled attitude of the young lady (I believe she stated that her name was Brooke?) that seated us, who (undeservingly) literally and audibly bemoaned under her breath with a heavy sigh, "SHEESH" when we respectfully asked to be relocated to a different booth, at a quieter and less less rambunctious available area. *We quite simply and nicely asked to be relocated to another table didn't want to hear laptop/cellphone video games and and what sounded like the screaming from a Chuck E cheese ball pit... *It seemed like such a minor request to be located several booths over, but, it apparently made an immensely annoying negative impact on her standard work day duties that she had to be verbally audible and express her resent & disdain for seating guests? We're not sure but that's how it was perceived. And that was really a garbage thing to do, especially on Mother's Day. The food was good, the price is fair and the wait staff was great! Even with the negative interaction, I will give this another try again in the future and would still recommend...
Read moreUpon mine entrance into BJ’s, I was straightway greeted with a warmth most inviting, as though the very walls did bid me welcome. The air was heavy with the scent of roasted meats, bread fresh from the hearth, and spices blended in harmonious accord. Verily, the food set before me was of such divine craft that each bite didst summon forth a new wave of delight. Rich and hearty were the meats, crisp and golden were the potatoes, and the mead—ah, the mead!—flowed like liquid amber, soothing the soul with every draught.
Yet, though the victuals were nigh unto perfection, it was the service of one, Robert by name, that did truly make the eve most memorable. With a manner both gracious and keen, he did attend to mine every need with the care of a true steward. Never was a goblet left empty nor a plate neglected, for his diligence knew no bounds, and his spirit was as bright as a midsummer’s day.
And then, dear reader, came the crowning jewel of the feast—the legendary Pizookie. Behold! A confection most wondrous, wherein a cookie, warm and golden, lay nestled beneath a cool embrace of vanilla cream, melting ever so gently as it met the heat of its sugared companion. Each spoonful was a heavenly union of crisp and soft, of warmth and chill, of sweetness so pure that the tongue did rejoice and the heart did sing. Nay, this was no mere dessert; it was an ambrosial creation, a feast for the gods themselves!
In sooth, BJ’s is a house of fine fare, noble service, and delights beyond measure. To all who seek a meal most satisfying and an ending most triumphant, I bid thee—tarry not, but make haste to this most hallowed hall, for here doth dwell indulgence...

I was leaving TWIN PEAKS ACROSS THE STREET WHEN I ORDERED AND WAS TOLD THE FOOD WOULD TAKE 20 MIN.... When I arrived 25 min I was told my food wasn't ready and waited another 15 min. When I got home ready to eat what a huge disappointment!!! My steak and ribs was simple ribs no STEAK my POTATOE was dehydrated, the SALMON ...DRY WITH HARD PILAF RICE. Of course I call BJ speak to Rachel apologizes and says her GM Jason will be in in the morning and email a 50 gift card.i check Mon no email, no email Tues so I call on Wednesday spoke to GM JASON * EVEN WORSE** AFTER not listening he asked for my receipt... Because he never heard of incident and would investigate with his team to see the past transactions. To say the least the customer service experience at BJ IN SHENANDOAH WAS EXTREMELY POOR. Rachel is the only courteous person although she didn't deliver on her word and communicate with her GM. I won't frequent that location again. Being that inflation is high and the employment rate is high seems like restaurants would want to do THEIR JOB. MAKE the food to order and PROVIDE great customer service so the doors stay open and customers CONTINUE TO CHOOSE to spend hard earned MONEY at their...
