Thankful to all of the Ladies that work here who are so helpful and kind. There was a recent mix-up of an online order I had placed. The store said they didn't have my items on a day that I went in there and asked in person. In actuality they did have the items at that time. I called them the other day to check, was told the items were there. Told them I would get them asap. I then received a VM, a couple of days later, telling me that if I didn't come and get the items within 5 days they would be placed on the floor to sell them. I became upset at this VM as I've shopped there since the day they first opened at this location. However, I'm giving them a 5 star rating because it was all a big mis-understanding. Very nice Cato. Went there because we have moved and are between 2 Catos. I used to love the one I lived near before, but even though I'm in the middle of two the old was is alot of traffic.
