This location is almost always below par in many areas. Consistently struggles to keep the restaurant in proper conditions.
This location is registered as accepting coupons and has for the longest time, but suddenly to my knowledge I go go to get a 3 for 18 and the manager rudely tells me that they don't accept coupons and neither does the locations around them. More specifically that they NEVER did; gaslighting your customers who only go there with coupons into saying they never accepted them isn't good customer relations and becoming aggressive with them will only make them reasonably madder.
It's illegal for a location such as this to give out coupons and then not except them unless there is signage and clear advertisement that says the location does not except coupons.

Read moreOrdered three subs. Two meatball, one BMT. Ran out of meatballs on second sub and told me it would be 15 minutes to microwave them. I asked if they could microwave the ones for the sub separately.....of course not. It would still take 15 minutes. Apparently, these young girls don't know that this IS possible. What they really wanted was for me to choose a different third sandwich, but my son is a picky eater. That's twice in a week that this location was deficient in their service. What's more, as I waited on the meatballs, I could hear the girls talking about me being mad. I would describe my feelings not as mad, but as tired and frustrated. The last thing I wanted to do was wait an extra 15 minutes for sandwiches. It amazes me how rude our younger generation is these days. I won't be returning...
Read moreMy husband was at this location today and as he walked in he was asked by Sharon as she was sitting down if he had cash, and his response was “I can read.” She never even said Hi or anything. My husband is a black man and I’m not sure if that had anything to do with her nasty attitude, but I know we won’t be in that store anymore.
