Killy's Irish Pub — Restaurant in Sheridan

I just deleted my old review. So far I am liking KIP since it has changed to the new owners. Well I think it changed owners. Seems like I cannot get an answer on that. Either way it feels like they are finally getting it together. Before it was hit or miss on whether the pub was open or not. I have been there many times since my old review and never had to leave because of there not being any cooks.

The food has always been amazing but I think it is better than ever now. Hopefully the trend continues on an upward trajectory. It is now my go to place to eat. The beer selection could be better but really the beer distributors in Wyoming all suck for the most part. That’s not KIPs fault though. Gaining a star for bar service by Jenady!! Who is a very Very VERY good bartender! Kind attentive knowledgable and fun! Imagine the perfect bartender and that is the lass named Jenady!! Irish folk music rolling which makes me very happy and great eats!! The ribs are fantastic but get there early before they run out! They run out for a reason! Absolutely killer Ribs!! Dublin Coddle and Shepard's Pie are also worth every penny! Take it from the Irish Pub King Snob of the Universe!!...

Great place, great food and good beer. The place was pretty full and there was only one person taking orders, bar-tending and serving. Her name was Tammy. She was really nice and helped us with suggestions of sights to see during our trip. She is the kind of person any restaurant owner would dream of having. We will definitely eat here again when our travels bring us back...
