I pulled up to an empty drive-thru at 12:35 pm, and the employee was completely disengaged. No greeting, no thank youājust a card reader shoved in my face. I understand not everyone wants to chat, but a simple āthanksā for spending $6+ on a coffee would be nice. Instead, she handed me my drinks and immediately turned her back to me. I said, āWell⦠thanks?ā and just drove off.
To make things worse, I overheard her loudly discussing a dramatic breakup while I was still at the window. Itās clear Dutch Bros doesnāt care about its customers or the professionalism of its employees. Really disappointing.
Also, the coffee quality is hit or missāsometimes it tastes like I asked for, sometimes itās completely wrong. Itās clear that the training here is either non-existent or severely lacking. If weāre paying $6+ for a cup of coffee, there should be a minimum level of expertise behind the counter, but it seems like thereās none. The inconsistency is really...

Even when I stay in line and ask them to correct the issue they've still make the drink wrong. I've never had such repeating issues with a Dutch Bros. Maybe one in a blue moon other Dutch's will make a mistake but now Sherwood is making mistakes on 3/4 of all the drink I've ordered. Some of the issues I've encountered are incorrect toppings, incorrect flavors, missing floats, non-blended drinks, non-handblended / double blended drinks, ect.
On top of that previous the staff were friendly and talkative to customers, which is what I've come to expect from Dutch Bros, however recently the staff have been rude. They're more concerned with talking amongst themselves or not at all if I'm lucky.
Until Sherwood fixes their issues I would suggest going to Tualatin, Wilsonville, or...

This female with long blonde hair that was out taking orders was a nightmare. One of the lines was long so we drove around to the other one and she VERY visibly rolled her eyes at us. Then she asked if we we were buying gift cards, we said no, she got really short with us and was VERY rude.
