Starbucks — Restaurant in Sherwood

When I ordered my drink, they said it would be $1 extra for no ice. This is frustrating to me because I get no ice due to sensitive teeth. I don't think I should have to pay extra for having a condition that makes it hurt to drink something with ice.

After I got home and finished fishing the ice out of my drink, I checked on the app and through the app there is currently no additional charge for no ice. The downside of this is you can't use a reusable cup if you order through the app.

Going to this location is a last resort. there are 3 other starbucks in a 2 mile area here. Downside is that two out of the three cannot make a consenstant beverage. If you order the same thing every time its always different. so those places are not even an option anymore. Then you have the one in the parking lot of walmart. The lines are huge but they get it right everytime. This location i have put in two orders and both came up wrong when i was handed the beverage. Last time i just asked for my money back. i don't have time to sit around and wait for you to get a seconde beverage made. Save yourself the time and go to one that will...

I asked for a lemon loaf and asked for it not to be heated. They said they don’t because the icing melts. Cool. I get my food and my icing is melting cuz they heated it.

I asked for oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit. They gave me agave syrup instead with no spoon for the oatmeal.

When I drove back around there was no acknowledgement. I think to those who especially have kids and can’t take them out of the car and have to really rely on drive through - go to the Starbucks by Walmart in Sherwood.
