I live in Sherwood, have gone to this Taco Bell since it opened 8-9 years ago, and I would honestly say they screw up 9/10 of my orders. Hopefully I can spare you a trip to this place by letting you know that if you order anything here, there's a 99% chance when you get home you'll pull your food out and say "Do I really want to go all the way back and get my screwed up order redeemed?" No, you don't. Because they won't fix your order, let alone go there at all because you won't get what you ask for. Just trust me on this lol... If that's not enough to spare you the trip than you can keep reading this rant.
I can go into anaphylactic shock from eating beans; so I order things and specifically and clearly say no beans and sometimes I will literally get a burrito with only beans in it, either its a pathetic joke or they can't comprehend at a level that a toddler can. I called the manager today because they screwed up my order today, told her I ordered 4 things in my meal, only got 3 things, and one of them was incorrect and was full of beans. After I complain she sits there and asks me, "So you want a bean burrito?" Yes, i'm dead serious. And if I try and explain it over again she just pretends that my phone is cutting out. I'm so tired of coming here and regretting not opening up my food and checking it by taking a bite and then my face puffs up. Read moreI came with my family today to eat lunch to this location and I was told I needed to order thru the computer located inside the restaurant. I ordered couple of craving boxes and there was an option to swap the cinnamon swirls for nachos and cheese so I did. Right after me, a guy entered the location and they took his order no problem so didn't not ask him to order thru the computer. When I checked my food, they gave me cinnamon swirls instead of the nachos and cheese. I talked with Ana who told me that that's what I ordered and that she couldn't do anything. I told her I changed it at the computer but don't understand I didn't show up in there system. She refused to changed it and told me I needed to pay for the nachos and cheese if I wanted them because she couldn't take the cinnamon swirls back. I asked and explained multiple times with the same response from her. She said she was the manager. While we are eating another guy entered the location and they also took his ordered. I felt very excluded and treated so poorly. I don't know it was because I am a woman, latina or that my kids are black but she was rude and I feel she handled the situation very poorly. Read moreI am so upset at this specific location. Great on the food line but has a manager who is on another level of audacity. I in the past had a mobile order where they couldn’t make it so I didn’t eat but they gave me some coupons for next time. I am vegetarian and outside of the things I order for my husband, my app will show: spicy potato taco no chipotle or a beef soft taco sub potato for plenty of items. The coupon is valid thru 12/31/2023, and does not say anything about substitutions, yet to my shock this lady comes over after waiting for 5 minutes while an employee stared at me while changing a trash can, tells me to order on the kiosk, and click pay cash. I do that. I come back and wait, she then tells me oh no it has to be x y or z. I get that, but I never got refunded in the app for the order they couldn’t complete and now I have 8 of these coupons they refuse to serve me with and gave me attitude. After the manager discovered I didn’t want to pay to add potatoes to a taco she walked away without saying anything but: you can pay for the potatoes.
