Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Shorewood

We stopped in here the other night for two reasons: My mother wanted their rainbow sherbet in a waffle cone, and I wanted a cup of bubble gum ice cream with the waffle cone on the side. (I rarely get ice cream - and I always eat it really slow when I do. So I get it in a cup and just eat the cone on the side. No ice cream dripping all over me and no grossly soggy cone. Win-win!)

Sadly, that night was only a win for my mother. 5 had her rainbow sherbet, but were out of my bubbly gum. So no ice cream, cone or not, for me. She was quite happy with hers though.

The service was good. The store is clean, bright, and well-lit. It has plenty of seating, both at regular tables and in comfortable chairs. It's a good place to stop at...

We arrived and decided to go inside for ice cream instead of the drive thru. There were no customers inside and 3 workers behind the counter. We were not greeted and stood at the counter for several minutes. One of the employees just looked at us. It was a terrible experience and feeling. VERY disappointed that the door was locked at a little after 10 when the inside is supposed to be open until 11. I wanted to go in and see what flavors they had as they change from time to time.
