So I did an online order. Went there picked up my food. Came home and realized they gave me the completely wrong order… not even the same name. So I went back and told them they gave me the wrong order. They didn’t apologize or anything or offer a refund. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I opened any of the food, which I did not. Then they slapped a sticker on the food I took home and came back with and gave it to the customer!!!! In today’s world that should be illegal. How dare they give someone else their food after someone already brought it home and touched it!!! They didn’t even inform me what was going on. They wasted an hour of my time just for one simple $10 online order. They also gave “touched food” to the customer… that I brought home then returned…. The audacity this place has. Terrible customer service. In the Covid-era giving someone else food another customer already touched should be illegal or they should definitely be fined for it. But no, they just slap another “no tamper” seal on it and give it to the customer. Never going back here again. If I were you I would not use the online order. Watch them make it. So what happened to the people’s food I brought home won’t happen to you. Never again....

However, I had a terrible experience that will more than likely keep me from coming to this location ever again. I ordered my dinner online at 6:50 pm to be picked up at 7:30 pm. I got to the restaurant around 7:25 and got into the order pick-up line. Once I got to the front I was told that since I still have to pay I have to get into the "order now" line. Whatever... I waited in line for another 5 minutes. I paid and was told that my order should be right up. Another 10 minutes go by and... Nothing. I finally ask what was taking so long and no one even knew where my order was. They gave someone else my food almost 20 minutes prior to this? So finally I get my food and all I get is a "sorry" and the woman walked away. This was my first and last experience at this...

It's bad enough that you have to order online during covid, so I tried on my phone (iPhone) and I can't order in google chrome because the page on their site won't scroll all the way down, then I try safari but I can't log in with the account I made three weeks ago. Next I try to use door dash on my phone, won't work! Then I go to my laptop to login from a webbrowser. Doesn't work, the login button stays shaded even with my password entered correctly. Okay, so maybe let's try my second laptop. Hmm, still no luck on another laptop and brand and browser. Finally, I go to uber eats and I can log in and make my order. Ridiculous that I can't log in from 3 different devices and have to try three apps and two browsers. And I am skilled with IT, so it's frustrating to say...
