This evening around 620pm I submitted an online and drove to pick it up about 630pm however upon arrival both employees were sitting in the back room one on the floor and one in chair. I was standing waiting at the pick up counter and the one employee got up and asked if I had an online order and I said yes but there was nothing on the counter. It didn't appear as through she had even started my order as it was still on the machine with a few other orders attached to it so when she read it she told me, "um yea so we don't have any fruit accept strawberries and there's no protein power either." I asked her, Ok, how come no one called or was standing at the counter to let customers know when they walked in? You hadn't even looked at my order till I walked in. She just stared at me and didn't respond. She tuned around and got the other employee who then asked me if I wanted a refund and said I had to use the card I paid with. There was no apology, no we can try to make you something else, sorry for the inconvenience here's a free drink next time you come in, nothing..... I'm not looking to get anything for free at all but there was no acknowledgement of me as even a customer. No apology, nothing. Read moreThis place is garbage and I'll never be returning to this location. I should of followed my first mind and went to the Joliet one leagues better. I placed an online order before I arrived and when I got there. The large smoothie was half full and the other one wasn't even made. But it was only 1 guy there so I understood and was patient. Told him I had 2 smoothies and asked if he can fill this one all the way up. Well one smoothie they had ran completely out of ingredients for. And the one I asked him to fill up. Another guy with curly hair came in for and made it which took about 30 mins. And the smoothie tasted terrible like way too much ice and not enough fruit. And the bozo lies straight to my face saying this is how it normally tastes. I've gotten this exact same smoothie at multiple other locations. You're just trash at your job which is hilarious considering all you do is make smoothies. They gave me a refund for one but nothing for the 40 min wait and terrible smoothie. So I'm going to do a chargeback with my card asap and will never be returning here again. Curly hair has terrible customer service as well. Dude with the dreads seems new and has better customer service by far. This location is slow and scamming customers out of there money. Why would anyone want a half full...
Read moreWorse experience! I placed an online order pick and the pick up time was 6:18 and I didn't get my smoothie until 6:50. I was there online and waited for my smoothie. After about 10 minutes I still had not got my smoothie so I asked if it was going to be done soon. She said is it as next I proceeded to wait and had to ask about it 2 additional times. After waiting 30 minutes for something that should have been ready when I got there I asked for a refund and that is when they made the smoothie. What is the point of ordering for pick up if it takes 4x the time it to pull to walk in and order. It is not a covid friendly shop and has very little space for people to social distance while waiting for their smoothies and does not fulfill their pick up orders. It was a terrible timing and terrible customer service. This is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever experienced and the smoothie was not even that good or a good consistency. It was a complete waste of time and money. This is also the 2nd time it happened luckily last time it was only a 10 minute delay and not 30! I don't know what the system is here...
