Panda Express — Restaurant in Shreveport

This review is for ANN! My family frequents this location a lot because of the wonderful customer service we’ve received on EVERY visit. We’re always greeted with an “WELCOME TO PANDA” & smiling faces but on this evening it was different. My family & I walked into complete silence! The tall African man with the dimples was not there. I can’t remember his name but Hunty he has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My goodness! He interacts with every customer that enters! He makes you feel welcome. Anyway. We step up to place our order crickets! There were three young ladies standing in front of us. One was preparing an order for drive thru, the other was taking an order outside & Ann. Finally after a while one of the young ladies acknowledged us (young lady with a red bow). We tell her our order, Ann immediately runs over & takes over. I tell her I would like my items fresh due to me purchasing a Family meal. I ONLY order the Family Meals. Then the lady with the glasses & the pins all over her hats steps up. We make our way to the register. I proceeded to start saying my number. Ann, immediately cuts me off! You can’t use your number at this location, just your app on the phone. I’m puzzled because I’ve done this on numerous occasions. I say excuse me? She repeats herself. I’m like NO! I tell her I don’t understand because I’ve used my number before. She says “At this location”?! I replied “YES”! She says “No, not anymore”. I’m staying firm but know differently. She turns around and proceeds to ask the young lady with the glasses with the hat with the pins all over it the procedure. She tell her. Ann, comes back types on the register and then procedures to ask me my number. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO AN ACTION, JUST SAY THAT! DON’T TELL A CUSTOMER “WE DON’T DO THAT”! Ann, definitely needs to be trained just a little be more! Thank you so much to the other two young ladies that helped ! Also, our dinner was absolutely delicious! Everything was...

It's fairly new here and I am delighted to have one so close to home !

It is right off the interstate and easy for travelers to find. Easy for the locals, too.

The parking lot is fairly big and can support bigger vehicles and trailers. It's keep clean and presents a very welcoming enviroment.

The exterior of the building is also awesome and easy to tell where you are 😁

When you walk inside you are greeted. We go here very often and are greeted everytime.

The food is great! I place several orders online and they have always been fresh and correct ! Sometimes we eat in and it's a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The interior design is awesome - see photos !!

The employees are all terrific. Again, this is consistent on every visit.

My review is the summary of at least a dozen visits, if not more. No place is perfect for EVERY customer EVERY time. Nobody. Panda consistently gives great food...

This is my fave Chinese place to go !!

The one on Pines Rd and Greenwood is fairly new - and I could not be happier they're here !! Now they're just down the road and not "clear on the ornery side of town !"

We go here often and it's always great. Starting with the service - always fast and friendly. When you walk in someone will say WELCOME TO PANDA EXPRESS ! I never know who says it, but it's nice to greeted.

The food is always tasty !

They have an app to accumulate points and free monthly reward. Also includes ordering online and pick up in store. My orders have always been correct, whether I order online or in store.

The place is always clean. This last time they were out of fortune cookies. Horrors ! I told Ann - who is wonderful, BTW- that she owes me two next time ! 😍😍
