I go to Starbucks pretty much every morning and never had an experience like this one. I normally go to the one on Mansfield Road (THE ABSOLUTE BEST). However, today I thought I would give them another try from the last time they screwed up my order and plus it is close to my job. WRONG! I stood there and waited 25+ minutes for a coffee after standing their placing my order with someone who could not pay attention and kept asking what I said. She also kept walking away. Don't start taking an order if you aren't going to focus on the person in front of you. I watched people come in after me place orders and leave. I watched the end of a lengthy drive through place orders and still leave before me. After standing there for what felt like forever, my iced coffee barely had ice in it and it still was fixed incorrectly. I then had to ask for my receipt and clearly that pissed them off.
