Starbucks — Restaurant in Shreveport

I go to Starbucks pretty much every morning and never had an experience like this one. I normally go to the one on Mansfield Road (THE ABSOLUTE BEST). However, today I thought I would give them another try from the last time they screwed up my order and plus it is close to my job. WRONG! I stood there and waited 25+ minutes for a coffee after standing their placing my order with someone who could not pay attention and kept asking what I said. She also kept walking away. Don't start taking an order if you aren't going to focus on the person in front of you. I watched people come in after me place orders and leave. I watched the end of a lengthy drive through place orders and still leave before me. After standing there for what felt like forever, my iced coffee barely had ice in it and it still was fixed incorrectly. I then had to ask for my receipt and clearly that pissed them off. Their excuse for everything, "We are short staffed." That's still crazy to me, considering other Starbucks have the same rush and less employees and they do just fine. GET...

The worse Starbucks I’ve been to my entire life. How do you ring me for one thing and then give me the total opposite of what I asked for. I was willing to compromise the crunch/brown butter part, although I didn’t want that, but to make my drink completely wrong and add something I specifically said I didn’t want is insane. I actually think they gave me an old drink they made and didn’t want to just throw away. Then I walk in to tell the young lady this is incorrect, she says, I didn’t make your drink. Okay that’s fine, however who am I to talk to if it’s only 3 people here and no one made my drink or doesn’t want to be talked to? Went in to get a Carmel mocha extra hot with cream The barista Made the drink in like 30 seconds . I couldn’t drink the drink it was nasty and tasted like hot water, so I went back thru drive thru . I tried to explain my issue however , he cared more about how I didn’t come in for the complaint. There were no cars behind me or in front of me . I asked him to make another one , he does reluctantly, but like before it only takes him seconds to make and Just like before, I was unable to drink the second one . Threw it out the window !
