Will not be back at this establishment. I have been supporting this particular location since the day that it opened and I have never had an issue until today. I placed a mobile order while I was waiting in line for about 20 mins. When I got to the speaker, I was told my “order is not ready and to get out of line and get back in line” which there were about 20 cars behind me and more coming in. So after waiting another 5 mins I get to the window and give them my name, 4 mins from my estimated pick up time, after another 5 mins the barista with a horrible attitude came to the window and told me that “I needed to come in because there are 17 orders ahead of mine but apparently if I would have ordered at the speaker my order would have been ready.” Then she proceeded to tell me “she is behind on making drinks and she’s wasting time arguing with me.” Firstly this is not an argument I’m just trying to get a clear understanding. Read moreCame in the store and ordered a coffee and coffee cake. I got the coffee before i left the register which was good. They couldn’t seem to get me the coffee cake after 10 minutes of waiting. There was no one in line after me. Person who helped me went and got ice and replenished the sugar supply while i just stood there. I asked a lady if i could get my coffee cake. She was a space cadet; could barely focus on my question about the coffee cake. She mumbled something and walked away. I had to leave so i left. I called and spoke to the store manager, RJ. He couldn’t care less about me. He was rude and just wanted to get off the phone. Are people incapable of reaching for a piece of coffee cake? Read moreI often pick-up my online oder here early in the morning, but this day it was mid-morning, and I understand they were very busy, and the drive-thru attendant was kind and personable. However, they forgot Sriracha on one sandwich, so when I went in with the sandwich - meaning obviously I need something corrected - not one of the 4 people working would make eye contact with me, they wouldn't even acknowledged me - "What do you need, ma'am" - or - "I'll be right with you..." nothing for 2-3 minutes of me standing at the counter with no interaction. The floor was trashy behind the counter, in the store, and outside the entrance it looked like a barber shop? There was cut hair everywhere in front of the door!? The coffee was fine.
