I'm pretty heated right now. After receiving a glowing recommendation about this place, I called them 3 hours ago to see about ordering meatballs for a Superbowl party. The woman I spoke with said they were open till 3pm when I said I needed them around 5:30pm. She first said they would be cold but then after checking said I could pick them up hot. We left it that I would pick them up by 3pm when they closed. She was in such a big hurry to get off the phone that she didn't tell me she was talking about 3pm TODAY and that they are closed tomorrow, Superbowl Sunday. I made it clear for anyone that was not in too big a hurry to get off the phone I was wanting to pick them up and take them right to the Superbowl party; why else would I want them hot?? So they called me today at 3:05 pm asking if I was still coming for the meatballs?? Uhhh yeah people, on Sunday, which I made clear was what I needed to do. A little more customer service and a little less hurrying someone off the phone would have made it clear they could not provide what i needed when i needed it Thanks for yanking me...

Napoli isn't a pretentious restaurant on the outside and the interior, but the food is delicious. My go-to sandwich is the Saltimboca - which is a savory combination of hot breaded veal topped with mushrooms and cheese in between a soft focaccia bread. Other notable dishes that I LOVE are the Nicolina Grande (in other words, the classic italian grinder) and the antipasto salad. It's a feast for the senses.
For dessert, DO NOT MISS the cheesecake! Trust me on this.
Their prices are incredibly competitive and affordable, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner Rod is an authentic Italian guy that takes a month off every year to visit Italy... I'd trust em just based on that fact.
These ain't...

And I got myself a piece of tiramisu for dessert. That meatball sub was so big. I had to smush it down when I got home because it was so big. I couldn't even open my mouth wide enough to bite into it. It was the best meatball and sausage sandwich I had ever had from anywhere. And their tiramisu was absolutely incredible. It was so fresh and so good. If you're in the area, I strongly suggest you give them a try. I also bought a meatball and sausage sub for my daughter and I bought an Italian sub for my wife. They are the same size. Absolutely huge. I also got myself an order of their fried cheese ravioli. Those things were...
