Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

So I pulled up to order and I could barely understand what the lady was saying. It was windy so I thought OK maybe it’s just the wind but then I pulled up to the window and I could barely understand her. It was the most broken English I’ve ever heard and I kept having to ask “what...excuse me?”. If you’re going to have someone working the front and be the face of your business don’t you think you should have somebody that can speak proper English? I find it pretty ridiculous that I go to a Shrewsberry location and the person can’t even speak English??? Sure lots of Spanish people around so you need someone bilingual maybe? But not someone who’s main language is Spanish and knows just a drop of English. Also my order was wrong of course because she COULDNT SPEAK ENGLISH??? So I had to go inside and tell them that I want the “correct order” in SLOW ENGLISH so that everyone in there could understand me....

Yesterday I went to this Taco Bell place and everything was new, inside the Taco Bell store, even you can order the food by yourself and I didn’t know what will happen will it goes good or bad and everything was going good and the employee was good and not good one employee was working hard and the other wasn’t working even I believe the manager wasn’t there. The next time I come a manger should be even I was there around 4:30pm!!!

Maybe the manger can learn true crime because let say what if a murder happens outside Taco Bell? It did happen in Atlanta Georgia long time ago that an employee was murder outside and a person was arrested and was innocent because they arrested the wrong person and there was a true crime podcast through an innocent project and he was set free and now it’s remains an unsolved murder mystery case!!!

This Taco Bell is by far the worst of them all. You show up at 11:15 through 11:45pm and there grill is already turned off every time for Taco Bell and you can’t order kfc because they wanna close early and get out right at midnight. The workers need to realize not everyone leaves there jobs on time. If these employees worked at a real restaurant they would let be able to handle it. Now let’s talk about the food. No matter what I order, every time it’s wrong and honestly just not good at all. It’s time for a new manager that actually makes there people work and keep cooking til midnight not 11:15. Just now my girlfriend went and they put beans in my cheesy Gordita crunch. Seriously Beans? I feel bad for whoever owns this Taco Bell. Because they could make so much money at 11 but hey everything’s already turned off....
