finally!! the long-awaited second (and much larger) location of Mandarin Coffee (dubbed Mandarin 2), located on an unsuspecting corner of E Colorado Blvd. open minimalist space with natural light, soft music, free wifi, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating (standing bar, stools, chairs). lots of free street parking as well. great place to pop in for a quick drink or leisurely meet up with friends.
the pastries are from the same bakery as the OG location, with plenty of coffee and espresso options as well as seasonal offerings, matcha, and non-caffeinated drinks. love that they donât charge extra for oat milk!! i recommend their Gui Hua latte (served hot only); well balanced floral notes with a hint of sweetness that isnât overpowering. the staff is friendly and efficient. came here on a Wednesday morning with relatively no wait. elated to have fantastic coffee within walking distance in the...
