Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

Usually I don’t have a bad experience since I frequent this place at least 3 times a week( bad habit I know) but I love pizza and last visit was just so unprofessional of the employees, and I get it, they go through so many types of people and deal with so many different vibes but on my last visit I felt so small!!! I was told that the systems were down and I could see the running around inside but I did make an online order and payed for it and the least that could have happened is get my food!!!! The systems were down not the oven. My kids were waiting for me at home and what I though would take me 10 minutes tops turned into a whole hour of waiting to see what would happen!!! I was told to wait If I wanted to and I did but waiting turned into plain ol irritation and the window guy didn’t bother coming back to the window , so I left, I tried getting ahold of the store to see about my refund but manager seems to not know what I’m talking about and won’t give me the number to their GM! I’m just flat out annoyed and I can’t believe the nerve when I felt an attitude from them!! I was not being pushy or rude. Used to be a strong location and the preferred location for my family and I to order from. However, after the last two times of ordering they have not provided the product as I requested. The first time we placed an online order and asked for the pizza to be cut into squares. When we got home and were ready to eat our pizza we opened the box to find that they had tried to cut the pizza as per usual and then they realized that we asked for square pieces so someone then decided to cut the pizza again to make it look like it was cut into squares. This left us to eating the tiniest little bites of pizza. The following time we decided to call and place an order over the phone to help ensure that this time we would get the pizza cut to our liking and to give Pizza Hut the chance to makeup for their previous mistake. Once again after getting home, we opened the box to find that they yet again failed to cut the pizza into squares. It's really disappointing as a customer because the only option for Pizza Hut to make it right is to inconvenience the customer to have to drive back to the location. So overall my family and I will no longer be ordering from this location and will drive a little out of the way to go to the other location...

Our friends brought over 4 pizza's today for out Easter Eve late morning get-together and they were terrible! First they got the order wrong, but then, the crusts were dry and it was like eating cardboard! My father worked for Pizza Hut for almost 22 years. When I say I know good pizza, I know what I'm talking about! I used to do secret inspections for him and I really do know what Pizza Huts products should taste like and by far this wasn't even close! The Pizza Hut Bistro makes a much better product! With that said, we have given this location several tries. But since the remodel, a few years ago, the product has never been the same! We will never be back! Please fix your issues Pizza Hut! I know you are taking short cuts and not taking the time to make a good pizza!
