With inflation and greed being the way it is with big bame brand companies. This is the average man's tool shop. We can't afford 50$ wrenches from home depot or the 20$ bag of nuts to go w it.
This harbor freight is a God-send to this town. Harbor freights tool quality has increased greatly from the early 2000s. Not only that, but you can warranty your items here as well. I notice the same quality and craftsmanship among these tools and equipment that I do from name brand tools like craftsman at sears.
Shopping here is the smart way to go. Same quality. Warranties to back it up. Prices that make homedepot and Lowes look like the greedy crooks they are.
Harbor freight now carries big ticket items and large equiptment at bargain prices.
I refuse to get my tools elsewhere. I earned the money afterall, why would I let home depot steal from me via greed.
Just go here and don't waste your time on tools elsewhere. If you need plumbing piping or specialty stuff, or lumber. Then you'll likely need to go elsewhere. Even then, Harbor freight occasionally carries specialty stuff. So I'd check...
Read moreOn May 6, 2022. I shopped at Harbor Freights, Sierra Vista, AZ as I do 3 times a week. At about 5:15 PM, I went to checkout counter to pay for merchandise I was buying. A cashier woman, tall and heavy set, with flushed face, maybe on her late twenties, smugly glared at me, looking annoyed. When I requested that she scans the 12" diameter trailer tire at the bottom of the cart. She retorted, "Can you not lift it up here at the counter? I said I had a back problem. Instead, she spitefully lift the tire herself and glared at me despisingy. I felt so demeaned to be treated such as a customer. I felt that she is a bad image to the store than an asset. No customer service skills at all. In other words, a very rude person. I could not stand it anymore. So I calmly said, "You know what. I don't want to buy these anymore. You are so rude. .....I will report you." She asked, " Why? What did I say?" She did not have to say anything. Her body language says it...
Read moreThe new Sierra Vista Harbor Freight is hands-down the nicest Harbor Freight I've ever been to! I think mainly because it's in the old Hastings building, but the aisles are super wide and there's just a lot of open space, so it feels a lot less cramped compared to a normal Harbor Freight. Everything is very clean, and this particular location seemed to have the biggest selection that I've come across. In my opinion, for just the average homeowner and DIYer who typically only uses tools a couple of times a year, you can never beat the super cheap prices at Harbor Freight! And you can also never beat the awesome selection and pricing on all of the automotive gear as well! Five stars for this Harbor...
