Workers sitting out in 90+ degree heat, wearing dark uniforms and looking absolutely dehydrated. I recall one girl barely being able to even speak because of how hot and tired she was.

Workers sitting out in the rain without any cover. People can catch sickness doing this.

Workers sitting out in the cold with hardly any protection. Again, people can catch sickness doing this.

One conversation I had with a worker revealed that management seems to care more about the tablet than the actual employee. The sheer sociopathic absurdity behind this is palpable.

I've often asked for workers' opinions on this system. I'm also friends with an ex-employee who has given their opinion as well. The opinion is, more often than not, overwhelmingly negative. I implore management to do better, because I find this to be utterly unacceptable treatment of staff. If you absolutely NEED to have an employee standing outside, GIVE THEM MORE THAN A CHAIR AND A BOTTLE OF WATER, FOR GOODNESS SAKE. Build a little structure or something! Or better yet, just let customers use the damn speaker...

In my many years of experience with fast food from working at Dominoes and Taco Bell as a HS kid to buying it for many years after I have never had an experience like today. The woman that took my order (Aredi B from the receipt) was extremely friendly, and responsive. When I came into the restaurant, she was out stocking the condiment bar and apologized while returning to take my order. She then proceeded to take the order with no issues but at some point must have noticed that I was having a bad morning. She asked me if everything was ok and I expressed I had just got back to town after a several hour dive and had had little sleep and had not yet eaten. After this exchange, she moved on to help the next customer and I received my food promptly. While dining in I observed her cleaning tables and aligning chairs perfectly. In effect, I watched her constantly working from the moment of arrival to the minute I left. It was not until I got in my car and was driving back to the office that I thought back on it and how genuine her concern for me was and how hard she was working. 9/29/25: NEW building is open and BUSY. We wanted to try it out and went at 11:30am to beat the lunch crowd and it was busy. Drive up full, parking lot by building full. I recommend you enter to place an order at the door at the end of the building, by Fry Blvd, as the kiosks (5 or more) are just inside that door. There is congestion though. *Once you order, if you are eating in you need to walk through a bottle neck of folks waiting to pick up an order and the only place to stand is basically at the sauce packet station. *Then you pass by the soda machine station and there is a very narrow passage between where you stand to make a soda and table and chairs. My advice is don't sit at the tables by the soda machine, you will be way to close to the backside of folks trying to make a soda. *It was COLD I mean freezing in there! The food was good, portions good, just a bit of a wait because they were slammed. So be patient. We are glad they are open but we'll wait until the new wears off!
