McDonald's — Restaurant in Siler City

DO NOT USE THE MCDONALDS APP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! I ordered through the MCDONALDS app today using the 20 piece nugget deal for $4.99. I added a McDouble, large fry and large sweet tea! I paid on the app using my card and proceeded to checkout via the drive through. When I got to the window the young man at the window went and got the manager. She proceeded to tell me that I owed $1 and some change more. I told her that I already paid and what was the charge for? She could never tell me she just told me that my card was only charged $11.63 but my order was $12.59. I asked her where the extra money came from she said I just owed it. She proceeded to argue with me even after I showed her on the McDonald’s app that my order was not $12. 59. It was actually $11.63. She said she could not give me my order until I paid the extra money. I told her I wasn’t paying anything until she explained to me how I owed extra money! I explained that the total she was telling me was not the total the app charged me! After arguing with me for several minutes, she immediately caught an attitude and cancelled my order. I drove up to the next window to pick up my food and the young lady at the window went to back I guess to ask if she was able to give me my food. She did come to the window and give me my food. I looked at my receipt which the manager practically threw at me and guess what….they charged me the full amount for the 20 piece nuggets ($5.89) instead of the $4.99 deal!!!! This is not exactly a post I am happy about but I was just appalled by the way this customer was acting and treating another customer and the front crew members along with the one duty manager. A friend and I were waiting to place our order when I don't know where Haley came into the side door with a raging attitude from absolute crazy bill she was freaking out because of a burger she had got that supposedly had five pieces of cheese on it and she was just absolutely enraged over this talking about I don't know how you could eat this would you eat this oh my God there's five piece of cheese how can anybody eat this I've never in my life seen anybody act like that over cheese but with that being said things heated up because of another customer asked her to please calm down it's only cheese McDonald's McDonald's it didn't get physical but the manager on duty handled it well and was able to make the lady I'm crazy Bill leave peacefully and was able to keep that atmosphere in the restaurant calm. The crazy cheese lady what is in the parking lot trying to continue the argument with anybody that would walk by and the manager went outside and again trying the situation the way it should have been made to get in her car and leave but it just amazes me the way people act these days I mean a simple mistake and you make it into something of a matter that it's just ridiculous. Updated to my review from a two-star to a one-star. It does not matter how you order through the drive-thru in person or through the app it is always wrong. My order has been wrong every time I've gone lately. Fortunately they're really good at fixing their mistakes but I wish that they were a little bit better at not making them in the first place. I've worked in food service and I get it especially when it gets busy but check your tickets before they go out. Bad service and experiences should not be this consistent.

Original review: Unfortunately most times that I go through this location my order is wrong. Sometimes it's just that they put onions when I asked for none and sometimes I pay $15 for a meal and get something entirely different than what I asked for. Honestly about ready to stop going to this location for good.
