I then had to sit at the window for ten more minutes waiting for anyone to come back and ask me why I haven't left yet. They proceeded to ask me what my order number was, realizing they never even started the onion rings. Then I had to sit at the window for another 3 minutes for them to start cooking them. Meanwhile you had customers behind me who were literally leaving the drive thru because of how long they were taking to help me. I asked for a number 1 with no vegetables and to add mayo and I get home, I have vegetables on the burger and the fries are cold. We asked for a side of cheese sauce since we were driving and it would be easier to dip and it does cost an extra .75, which I’m never bothered by, but IT WASN’T IN THE BAG WHEN WE GOT OUR FOOD. How are you going to charge me for something and then not put it with my order!? Then, I took my burger out of the bag and took a bite and there was hair coming out of the burger. It looked like it had been mixed in with the meat. It wasn’t just one or two, I counted EIGHT straight black hairs.
