I recently had the pleasure of dining at Freddy's Steakburgers, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the steakburgers. Oh my, they were simply phenomenal! Each bite was a burst of savory goodness, cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The quality of the meat was exceptional, juicy and tender, and the seasoning was just right. Whether you prefer a classic burger or something more adventurous, Freddy's has a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste bud.

But that's not all—let's not forget about the golden, crispy shoestring fries. They were the perfect complement to the burgers, and the generous portion size ensured I left the restaurant with a satisfied appetite. And if you're a fan of milkshakes, Freddy's offers a delectable range of flavors that will leave you craving for more. The shakes were thick, creamy, and indulgent—a true treat for the senses.

Sat in the drive through for over half an hour. When we finally got our order, they forget to give us the onion rings and the diet dr pepper. I then had to sit at the window for ten more minutes waiting for anyone to come back and ask me why I haven't left yet. They proceeded to ask me what my order number was, realizing they never even started the onion rings. Then I had to sit at the window for another 3 minutes for them to start cooking them. Meanwhile you had customers behind me who were literally leaving the drive thru because of how long they were taking to help me. I asked for a number 1 with no vegetables and to add mayo and I get home, I have vegetables on the burger and the fries are cold. No apology or compensation offered, sadly the restaurants won't make it right untill someone...

Me and my husband went through the drive-thru, the lady on the intercom made us feel rushed and she was not very friendly. We asked for a side of cheese sauce since we were driving and it would be easier to dip and it does cost an extra .75, which I’m never bothered by, but IT WASN’T IN THE BAG WHEN WE GOT OUR FOOD. How are you going to charge me for something and then not put it with my order!? Then, I took my burger out of the bag and took a bite and there was hair coming out of the burger. It looked like it had been mixed in with the meat. It wasn’t just one or two, I counted EIGHT straight black hairs. When my husband went in to tell them and show them, he said none of them were wearing hair nets. Do better dude, I shouldn’t have to pay $25.00 for hair in my burger that now I can’t...
