We are locals and come to the bluebird a lot, the service here is usually not the friendliest, but my husband and kids really like their quesadillas and tacos. But on this day, one of the girls was especially rude and it was completely unnecessary. I ordered two quesadillas with a side of sour cream. When I got my food, there was only one side of sour cream. I asked her if I could have one more not realizing they didn’t charge me for it she seemed frustrated when I was trying to communicate this with her like maybe she couldn’t understand what I was trying to say but I couldn’t understand her either! Baja Chimayo had fresh ingredients and friendly service! We would...
