There are a few issues. First and foremost, this shop is non-compliant with the ADA. All rooms of the thrift store are inaccessible. There are stairs going down to each one. I climbed out of my wheelchair, climbed down the stairs, and pulled my chair down after me because I was very determined to find something good. When I got into the clothing part of the store, the aisles were so cramped that I couldn’t fit my wheelchair in to actually search for clothing. Additionally, BOTH dressing rooms are extremely narrow and completely inaccessible. I was so disappointed. On top of the inaccessibility, the prices did not match the posted general prices for items of clothing. One sweater and a pair of jeans was $47. Absolutely insane pricing. I am extremely disappointed in this store and do not recommend anyone visits this shop. It’s...
Read moreDONT VISIT! They charge outrageous prices for DONATED materials they paid nothing for. They also have the audacity to hang signs all over the store, prematurely thanking customers for hanging clothes back up (see image: it’s the way it’s worded) and requesting that volunteers sign up to work the shop for free.
I doubt there isn’t someone making money from this store, despite the “non-profit” title flashing all over the place.
Outrageous prices for used clothing and shoes etc.
OFFENSIVELY AUDACIOUS EVERY WAY UOU TURN. Owner and operators should be investigated to make sure they aren’t in fact embezzling money (or whatever it’s called) from the shop. They have a poor selection anyways.
Worst thrift store I’ve been...
Read moreThe prices are ridiculous. Somethings might start at $3-$4 which is great but most things are marked up. We found a pair of extremely worn out Kuhl shorts with holes in them for $20. Just because it’s a brand that’s pricey brand new doesn’t mean it holds the same value used at a thrift store. Some of the items (even up front) you can find cheaper on sale, new, or on eBay. Stop marking up items that get donated to you used just because of the brand. A plain old used Nike tank top for $9? No thanks. Extremely worn out Hokas for $25…? Pass. Out of style, worn out Patagonia top for $20. Nah. Outdated pants for $40 just because they’re from Anthropologie. Nope. I couldn’t recommend and...
