3 Sweet Girls Cakery — Restaurant in Silverton

I had a very unfortunate experience at 3 Sweet Girls Cakery. I ordered a heart cake for a going away party and was very excited about the cake that I ordered. I ordered it a week in advance and prepaid. When I ordered the cake I provided an inspiration photo and told them I want the cake to look exactly like the photo. When I prepaid for the cake they confirmed that the cake was a heart cake. When I went to pick the cake up it was a circle and not a heart. I told them that the cake was supposed to be a heart and they pulled out the order form and the inspiration photo that I sent in was attached to the order form. They “claimed” that someone forgot to write on the form that it was supposed to be a heart cake. However, the heart cake inspiration photo was attached to the order form and they confirmed that it was a heart cake when I prepaid a week prior. After finding out that the cake was messed up the workers at 3 Sweet Girls then proceeded to tell me that they did not charge me for a heart cake when I prepaid. However, this was a complete lie because when researching their cakes a 6 inch circle cake ranges from $65-$85 and I was charged $115 for a 6 inch circle cake. The workers tried to offer a box of free treats for the inconvenience but I wanted a refund because I paid lots of money for a cake that was messed up. When asking for a refund the workers pushed back against the request and said that we would have to give the cake back if we wanted our money back. Mind you this cake was for a going away party that had been planned for weeks and everyone at the party was expecting a cake. I completely understand that mistakes can happen. However, the workers did not own up to the mistake and proceeded to deal with the situation in an unprofessional manner. After much discussion they did end up giving us a refund for the cake. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service shown and do not recommend giving 3 Sweet Girls Cakery...

No star needed here. RUN RUN RUN to a real BAKERY. The cake was grainy and heavy. More like a cornbread cake. Good thing they gave you a glass of water first at the tasting...which was used to wash it down instead of cleansing your taste buds for the next flavor. You pay $30 for tasting 3 cupcakes, that was basically nasty. I would recommend to stop in and buy a cupcake before setting a tasting. Great way to save you from wasting time and money.

How did they ever get good awards? What a mystery? A plain grainy cornbread like wedding cake with 3 ugly layers is easiliy over $450, add anything and the price goes sky high. The so called cake designer (owner) didn't seem that knowledgable about what could be done. No sugar flowers but fondue flowers(only certain kinds) or fresh flowers from florist. I COULD BUY 3 different size layers from sam's or costco decorated and put together and have a 100% much more beautiful and tasty cake - believe me I would before I bought one of these horrid tasting 🎂 cakes.

Now I understand why 3 sweet girls cakery charges $30 to cake taste....because they won't be getting your business after you eat the cake and they profit off the tasting. Can you ask for a refund for a tasting after it tastes this bad? I felt like I just got shammed.

A wedding cake is a big part of wedding but at this bakery...you take it or leave it. It was so easy to walk away from this so called cakery. I wouldn't call them a bakery or cakery.

Picture shown is a fake cake they had on display. Small cake with this fondue design bottom more like $650+. They encourage cupcakes at wedding....why? They are just as expensive. I guess it is easier on them? If we wanted cupcakes we would bake them at home and much better than...

It was my first time here. Ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes for my daughter's 6th birthday. I wanted a mermaids and seashells theme but I didn't get that. Evidently it was a mix up on the person taking my order. They do ask you to place your order online ahead of calling which I did. I submitted pictures, the theme, color, flavors, and quantity of what I was looking for. In doing all of that plus the conversation I don't get the mix up. Nevertheless they offered to give me 2 regular sized cupcakes in the theme I asked for to compensate somewhat. The regular sized ones looked almost exactly like what I was asking for just not the color. I appreciate them attempting to correct or show customer service. $54 for 2 dozen mini cupcakes with just colored icing, I could've gotten the same from Kroger or elsewhere for much less. I will not return or recommend them.

There wasn't any clarification when the order was placed. Then when I called back to explain my disappointment excuses were made about the person who took my order was new. This further proves you lack customer service and you are definitely not 3 "sweet" girls. And you all never even emailed or text my receipt like I requested. Further I should've read some reviews from yelp because apparently this has happened before with you all. The fact that you offered for me to come back and get 2 cupcakes in the theme I actually asked for showed you received my order online and just throwed some stuff together quickly. I could take you to court but it'd be a waste of my time AGAIN. Don't waste your money ppl go elsewhere for better customer service and products.

I ended up having to stop at Servatti's Pastry and got better...
