Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Simi Valley

My first time I walked to the store, the employees polite at first. I decided to go with the “Buffalo chicken sandwich” to dine in. Ones I got the sandwich I just unwrapped it & it was just horribly made!! Like literally there was no place for me to grab the sandwich it was all spilled out from the sandwich, very soggy.

So I approached back to the same guy that took my order, employee “ROB”.

& gently ask Him to please come over & look at the sandwich because it was just a disaster. So he came by looked at the sandwich and he raised his shoulders and shook his head and literally walked back over to the counter… like really!! Is that how you guys do Costomer service????

So I kindly sat there for about 10 minutes patiently waiting to see if he’s going to come and tell me what he’s going to do with the situation, so about ten minutes later I was really hungry I couldn’t sit there anymore I walked approached him and asked him what’s happening with my sandwich? & he starts yelling at me, “they are making you a new one”!!

Just a horrible store !

Owner needs to fire the woman manager she’s giving free food this is the second time I caught them ! She looks like shes also coming down from drugs or using! I was behind a gentleman that ordered a pepperoni giant & a small Italian he asked for extra meat & bacon they didn’t charge him for the extra meat & the bacon I asked them why but they acted like it didn’t happen! The total was was 26 something! When I asked her to show me how much it would cost for a giant with extra pepperoni & bacon it came out to like 26 bucks they obviously don’t care about the owner or the rules! I can’t imagine how much money the owner is losing. Also the workers are in on it too young blonde lady & the brunette cutting the meat. It’s not fair to give free food or extra for free everyone should be treated equally! Don’t get a soft spot for a family lol.

This happened...

Had a ranch chicken sub and was very tasty and fresh. I would recommend this if you want something still on the healthy side but can have chips or a cookie on the side for a treat. I'm definitely going back to try many subs on their list. They also have plenty of parking space, indoor and outdoor seating, fountain drink and cold tea/lemonade drinks if I'm not mistaken. Good pricing, probably around 10 bucks for 8inch packed up sub,drink and chips. Clean tables, floors and they wore sanitary gloves while making the food. Open 10am-9pm and when I went it was on a Sunday and there was only one person there...How is this place empty! Maybe was that day but go and taste it and try something new. Extra yummy when you're starving...
