Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Simpsonville

I’ve seen that this location has several bad reviews but I can’t understand why bc I’ve always had a great experience and great food from this location! Everyone that works the window has been super friendly. One of the younger guys was so apologetic one night for not being allowed to to take my order at the window when I was trying to add on then I only had a $50 bill and he wasn’t allowed to take that either and I could tell he was genuinely sorry and would have done anything not to have to tell me he couldn’t do something else for me. When I returned from getting gas so I could get change which I needed to do anyways he was still apologizing and I tipped him $10 first and he was so appreciative and thanked me over and over. He was thanking me and telling me he hoped I had a great night and that he was extremely sorry about the inconvenience he had caused me and I handed him a $20 to go w what I had already gave him and told him to keep being such a kind person and continue caring about others bc the world needed more people like him and he looked as if he was going to tear up and thanked me again! I don’t know how others say they receive bad service from here bc I’ve always been greeted w a smile and been taken the best care of by all these sweet employees. Always take care of the ones serving you bc they have probably been working 80 plus hours with very few days off since the beginning of covid bc no wants to...

Horrible, out of breathtaking and disappointing experience. After been a Dominoes Pizza constant and faithful customer for a couple years and use their Super Fast excellent service in diferents States of all the United States. I came with the total conclusion that this Dominoes pizza is a amenace to the Great City of Simpsonville . The work ethic and the lack of sincerity, lies and games that this dominoes operate is incredible the worst!. They should fire the manager or person in charge this date: November, 20, 2016 at 8:20 pm . But they lie never show up, never call me and worst Than that... They show a lack of remorse or consideration about the all situation. . Now be you the lector... Yes... You..the one who's reading this. Be the Judge! You order a pizza, leave your kids at home with no food...Just waiting for the pizza delivery to feed your kids and go to work . The pizza guy never show up, never call and your kids hungry without been able call you. 9 Hours later you show up to find out that you have been charged and the pizza never delivered. GOD...

So my mom and I ordered online. We ordered a pizza, pasta, one sub, 8 piece order wings and the chocolate lava cakes (1 order gives you 2 pieces). The online app, after finishing our order, apparently wasn't working - which is fine, technical problems happen. So we went on browser, and finished our order. Our total, plus tip, was rounded to 41$. We placed the order roughly around 8:20-8:25. We did not receive the order till around 10pm. The pizza was fine, the sub was fine and even the wings were fine; However, the pasta was not. They gave us as circle container of pasta around the sides on the container and nothing but the sauce in the middle. There were exactly 3 little squares of chicken (we order the chicken Alfredo). The chocolate cakes we're good, but for 6$ I do not recommend buying those because they were smaller than the palm of my hand - and my hands are small. My mom, my brother and I all ate - but we will never order from Domino's again because the wait + the serving of the items were poor or over priced for...
