I want to tell you about my experience on August 24th 2025. I am an Uber Eats driver and pick up quite frequently from this location. The store is always clean and the employees are always busy. This evening I had a mistake on an order for the first time ever and I have been picking up from this location for over a year and a half. In the busyness of everything this evening and it was very busy, my order got switched with another one and I had to drive quite a long ways for the delivery and the order was the wrong order. I could have canceled the order and left it to be somebody else's problem but the lady who I was delivering to was very sweet and so I agreed to go back to the store and get her order remade or at least attempt to, and bring the order back to her. When I arrived back at the store I asked to speak with the shift manager. She come out to greet me very quickly. H She introduced herself and set her name was Melissa and wanted to know how she could help me. Upon explaining the situation, Melissa was so understanding and very professional in trying to find a solution to the problem and agreed to remake the customers order for her without any hesitation. She was intent on providing the very best customer service experience for the lady who had ordered. This may seem like no big deal, a thing that would be normal, but I am here to tell you, as someone who picks up food from dozens and dozens of restaurants everyday, unfortunatly this is not the normal management response at other restaurants when there is a problem with an order. I would like to give a big shout out to Melissa and her staff tonight for being so customer focused and diligent about their jobs. I look forward to eating here myself soon, as well as picking up any orders that might be available for delivery, it is always a pleasant experience. I believe employees and lower management are a direct reflection of the Store Manager and with I would like to say Congratulations to Mac Jones, you are obviously...
Read moreIf this place has any chance of surviving, then a change better happen FAST! There was absolutely NO REASON that when I opened my food and to frown on how it was just thrown together. I eat at this establishment often. And NEVER HAVE I had an issue with Greenville location.
Today my husband and I ordered for pickup at the window, here at the new Simpsonville location. First off the things I added to run my bill up wasn’t added. Second my half sandwich looked to be part of my spud. I couldn’t even find my sandwich!!!! They dumped all the toppings that were suppose to be on my spud, were dumped on my sandwich!!! It looked like dog slop, and I’m definitely no dog! You had 3 people standing in the window talking. Now, please tell me HOW was it possible for my food to come out the window that way??!! Meanwhile, my husband’s food looked as it should but we will never go back. I threw it away to keep from having to drive yet another 20 mins to have it replaced and another 20 mins to get back home. You all have lost quit a few people, because I will definitely advise...
Read moreWe came in shortly before close. There were 3 of us. The spud was good, french dip and chicken sald sandwiches were all good. Our food arrived quickly. The person taking our order said polite things, but her demeanor was one of not wanting to be there , or she needed a nap. We finished our food at 9:05 roughly. I took our plates in and asked for a refill on tea. Another female informed me they had thrown the tea out, as it was after close. I went to the restroom and came back and asked" if you have 3 people still eating that ordered tea, why would you throw it out?" The answer i got was it was after close and protocol. I found this to be a dumb answer. The tea was in pitchers ( not urns), that probably had not been washed yet, and probably could be washed in less than a minute and they still had to wash our plates. In my opinion, they should at least ask diners if they need or want anymore tea before tossing it. I am a huge tea drinker ,in fairness, so this bothered me. Again the...
