Wendy's — Restaurant in Simpsonville

Just ok. Ordered, the apple pecan salad, the apples were old and brown and tasted funny, the Jr cheeseburger deluxe was cold, the lettuce and tomato seemed like they were in a freezer, the piece of lettuce was as big as my hand which was way too much for that little burger, appearance is everything! It frustrates me that people serve you stuff that they themselves wouldn't eat. Take an extra few seconds to make the burger look appealing. Trust me, it makes a difference. I wanted the wild berry drink but the cashier said they were out of Lemonade, duh, I didn't know they were made with Lemonade, I've never tried it and I was disappointed they they were out. I got the fruit punch from the fountain which was not sweet and watery, as if it had melted ice from sitting too long. If I had been able to get my own drink, I would've poured that out and chose something different. The chili was just ok, it was really thick, which I don't mind, because I've had chili at other Wendy's that was thin with hardly any meat... But this Chili tasted like something was a little off, maybe the Seasonings. I never get the fries anymore, I don't like the new French fries with part of the potato skin on the fries, they taste different and they're never hot. I hate the new pickles, they taste like bread n" butter pickles, which I hate.. Convenient location but the drive-thru is awkward and causes traffic jams if you're coming there to get gas at the Pilot station. P. 's. Someone asked "what age do you have to be to get hired at Wendy's? ", the answer...

We ordered from the drive thru about an hour ago, just 2 chicken sandwich meals and a kids meal. The service was slow because the storm had messed up their electricity, which isn’t a problem, things happen. The lady that served us was very sweet and polite, but the food on the other hand...yikes. They got the kids meal right, which was good because the kid is an impatient little fella, but the chicken sandwiches were all messed up. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be plain, but both orders had condiments and toppings. One of them wasn’t even a chicken sandwich, it was a burger! We went inside to get our order fixed and the manager had a bit of an aggravated tone, I’m sure it was a rough day for them though. Once our orders were corrected we finally got to chow down. The fries had way too much salt. Had only about four and couldn’t stand another. Went to take a drink of my sprite to get the taste out of my mouth and I was met with pure carbonation. Absolutely disgusting. At least the chicken sandwich was alright the second time. I would only go here if you’re desperately hungry and can’t stand to walk a few feet to get to the Dairy...

Very disrespectful staff when it comes to Black customers..... I'm vegetarian and I asked for a salad and a chocolate frosty the salad was not fresh and a frosty was a chocolate milkshake I got a refund for the salad and when I tried to call them and let them know about the frosty she tried to say that I left the store 2 hours ago and the frosty was thick and hung the phone up on me......I didn't leave the store 2 hrs ago only thing I did was went next door in the store and brought some items and came outside to eat my so called frosty and then quickly called them while I was outside in the parking lot..... when they check receipts you can easily see she was a lier......I am use to buying frosties and they are thick so you need a spoon... They didn't even have spoons when I was looking for one I came outside with a knife and fork If I wanted a milkshake I could have went to Mc Donald's Poor service very...
