6 months later, I get a Regular roast beef and again they short me on the meat and give me what you get in a mini. The female even "felt" the weight of the sub b4 she passed it over to the person who adds the toppings because she knew she didn't put the full amount of roast beef on the sub. Will NOT be back. I paid $11 for 1/2 of what I should have gotten
Once again I was disappointed with my sub. Previously, I got a regular #6 roast beef and they gave me the amount of meat in a small sub. This time I ordered a Giant #6 roast beef. The piece of beef they had on the slicer was almost down to nothing. Once again, my giant sub only got about 6 slices of roast beef on it. I counted as I watched and knew it was very light weight/lacking. Paying almost $20 and getting almost less than the amount of meat that's put on a regular sub is very disappointing. If it was the first time this happened, I would not be upset. But this is the 2nd time....

There is plenty of staff assisting guests with sandwich orders as quickly as possible. Jersey Mikes Subs has a great selection of sandwiches to choose from, a lot of them are your typical deli sandwiches. I decided to try something unique, even though I was we in the mood for tuna fish. I went with the chipotle cheesesteak since I’ve never seen a sandwich like that anywhere before. They had a vanilla cream soda I grabbed as well, called “stubborn” it’s pretty good, highly recommended. Other than that they have typical Pepsi products. The sandwich itself was good. The bread was soft and fresh, which is no surprise given how many sandwiches were moving out of here at lunch time! I will try something else next...
Read moreUPDATE Today is 9/5/23 owner still has not called me or made an attempt to contact me. I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich while I was eating it. I took a bite of my sandwich and thought the bacon was too chewy so I spit it out and there was a piece of plastic in my food. I contacted Jersey Mike's and the Manager of the Simsbury store assured me that I would get a refund, no problem accidents happen but it has been 2 months with no refund. I have left messages with the manager which he has yet to return my call.
Owner replied to this post and stated to contact via email. Email sent 8-5-23, Owner responded asking for my phone #. Sent phone# 8-7-23, Owner responded, "Okay thanks, will call today!" It is now 8-15-23 and I have yet to receive a call. Very disappointed with how they have...
