Anyone with a restricted diet, I would be wary. Our server was friendly and food and drinks came fairly quick. I am gluten free so I ordered one of their cauliflower crust pizzas which was very good. I however do not have an allergy or celiac disease so even though I am sensitive to cross contamination itās not of a high consequence to me personally but it does seem as tho they do not take that into consideration with their preparation of the cauliflower crust pizza as this item was definitely cross contaminated and caused me to have a reaction. It actually seems as though they do not take any precautions to prevent or address any cross contamination of their menu items. Another person who was with me has no dietary restrictions and order the Erikās burger which lists -Certified Angus Beef ground chuck & bacon ground patty, bacon jam, marinated onions, tomatoes, arugula, toasted challah bun- as the ingredients. As soon as she took the first bite she was surprised to find a spicy pepper flavor. After another bite she which she had to spit out she was in tears because of how spicy it was. We asked the server for a glass of milk and notified them that the burger was unbearably spicy. We were told that the onions are marinated in a pepper sauce and to take the onions off the burger. After trying an onion by itself we found it had no spice to it. The bottom bun served on the burger seemed to be soaked in some spicy pepper sauce that was not meant for this burger which has no items listed as spicy in the ingredients. We were not asked if they could remake it, not offered something else as a substitute and charged full price for a food item that caused physical pain and obvious discomfort. We were not impressed with how they handled food preparation or customers who are obviously...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy fiance and I came here changed our other dinner plans and came here after seeing the aesthetical place while driving by.
Definitely a good call because this place has really a nice vibe and amazing food!
We were there on an adventure date challenge where the task was to ask the server for their recommended dishes, and order that.
I was actually relieved when the server recommended a salad I liked on their menu. The other recommendations will mostly pizzas but we were not feeling that so my fiance got one of the burgers.
I had the Blood Orange Cedar Salmon Salad; Everything went so well together! The little pieces of orange with that blood orange vinaigrette and goat cheese and red onions.. Everything was amazing together. The salmon was also perfectly cooked. The server actually asked me how I would want my salmon cooked and I was quite surprised this was actually a thing. Either way.. well done was the way to go! They really were a lot of candid walnuts on here, by the way! I was surprised by how many!
My fiance got the Barnyard burger (beef and bacon patty with bacon and pork shoulder and cheddar cheese); This one was loaded! Actually piled high and looked so indulgent! Quite a big meal here and very heavy in meat so he couldn't finish it all. Really really loved it though! He also got the side salad instead of fries with the apple cider vinaigrette. That vinaigrette was really good! Tasted like a bit of aviation of applesauce and I loved it as well!
Fiance also got a beer recommended by the server there. It was the Golden Ale, and he was happy with that as well.
We saw all the pizzas coming out and that giant Bavarian pretzel and definitely have this on our list to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNewer brewing company in town. They serve food as well. Nice modern atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is along side a fountain, which makes for a nice surrounding. Their Korean short rib tacos caught my eye, as I love Korean food. They are braised short ribs, kimchi, cilantro & carrots in little corn tortillas. They were good, but not as good as I anticipated. Iām used to kimchi giving things a bite, and I didnāt get any bite from these, and the over all flavor was a bit mellow from what Iām used to in Korean food. So, while they were good, donāt expect a Korean pop from them if youāre familiar with Korean food. To drink I tried their Ace Pineapple Cider, which is adding pineapple juice to their apple cider, and carries a 5% ABV. Itās a wonderful fruity drink, a touch dry like a wine can be. Very good. For the meal, I opted to try Ericās Brew Burger. Made with Angus ground round and ground bacon, bacon jam, marinated onions, tomatoes, & arugula, & comes with kettle chips. Burger was great. They recommended it be cooked a bit rarer than I generally like, which I accepted to try, but I would cook it more done myself next time, but the burger was a good choice. After all this, I decided to master a desert. The āKeri Cakeā which changes weekly, was 7 layer carrot cake. Also very good. Moist, and lots of ingredients for good flavor. I was told itās only the 2nd time itās been made in the rotation since opening, so I would say to try it, but youād need luck on your side to have it there during your visit. Over all, a good experience, and Iāll be happy to try this...
