November 2024 Update: Dinner review - The whole experience was awful. It started with asking for a booth and after being led to a table, being rerouted to the waiting area only to be taken to a booth finally. Then after being seated, the server, Kenny, took our order. He brought us burnt bread sticks and the salad. The plate he brought for the salad was freshly used with food stuck to it. My guess is since he was serving the table next to us at the same time, he didn't pay attention and gave us one of those used plates he picked up. I pointed it out and he immediately traded the plate for the clean one on his tray. We asked for better bread sticks and got more burnt ones. I asked for sugar on my Daiquiri but our server brought one with no sugar. When the food came, it was not even what was ordered for one of the people in our party. By now we had asked for more Alfredo sauce. Then after waiting about 15 we had to ask again for sauce, adding napkins this time. Our server brought us napkins which had red sauce on them and still no sauce. At this time we finally got the manager who brought us napkins and new bread sticks that were not burnt. He also had the correct food order rushed to the table. He said he talked to our server but this made no difference as he barely came by after that. We waited another 10 minutes for sauce and finally received some in a paper container. Asked for another sauce, yes we like the sauce, and again our server did not bring the sauce. Had to get the manager again. We finally got another sauce. When one of our party asked our server for his name, he got an attitude and we said we would be leaving a review. Amazingly our server was very attentive and extremely nice after that but by then we were done and ready to go. It's quite different from the last time earlier this year when we had Jon as our server who went above and beyond making sure everything was great. If we come here again and get this same server, you bet we will ask for someone else! $54 for awful service is unacceptable.
Our server was a nice young man who made sure we had everything we needed and kept checking on us. Great food great service. The flies though we're not making this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had dinner at this Olive Garden on a Saturday night in June, 2023. It was the night before fathers day and was pretty busy. We had to wait a half hour to get a table. Then when we were seated, it. was at least fifteen minutes before we had any contact with the Olive Garden staff. But then our server visited us. Me were able to give her our whole order since we had plenty of time to decide. We actually knew what we were ordering before we were seated. But we ordered and were able to speak with our server. Her name was Payton. She was a delightful person to speak with. She was excellent as a server. So maybe a slow start. But Payton made our dinner very nice. I will point out as it was well after eight PM. The crowd had began to diminish and there were more and more tables available. That also contributed to the calmer and quieter environment. It also allowed our server to be more attentive to the tables she did have. Our food was pretty good in typical Olive Garden fashion. Nit the best food you ever had. But constantly decent. We finished our meal and went on our way. The predictable holiday weekend slow start was finished off by a very nice ending. So our meal was a good experience. We even met other great folks while waiting to be seated. We more than likely will never be back to this Olive Garden since we were only an overnight while passing through. But if in the area, I would...

I donāt understand why there is no option to add Chicken Fritta to a fettuccine Alfredo order online so I have to call or fix online so I donāt have to call and deal with untrained and uneducated people.
Called and was put on hold. Gave the person my order and said 3 times the chicken frittata then suddenly asked for my card. Am I not allowed to confirm order and the total. Asked for that and they were still confused. All I ordered was the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken frittata and salad. I asked for two extra breadsticks for a total of 4 and confirmed twice.
Got my order through car side to go and no silverware or napkins. Do I have to ask for that each time? Went into the restaurant and said I just received a pick up order and no silverware. The guy was looking on the computer. I said you have to look up my order to give me silverware? Obviously no listening skills and I was the only car in pick up.
Got my order to start to eat and of course-missing the 2 extra breadsticks and the salad dressing was not in the original Olive Garden container which means it was probably expired which has happened many times before. Thank goodness I donāt live in this trashy city with uneducated people. Should have just got McDonalds-would have had a...
