Been years since I’ve tried here. Was ok. Seemed over staffed and people goofing around more than working. But, I’d rather have that than some poor understaffed crew. Considering the heavy crew, I had to look around for a table that was clean. Many had not been tended to recently. Men’s bathroom was out of order, so everyone was limited to one restroom. It’s only a single person restroom, so it’s manageable. Restroom could have been a legit problem that they were waiting on a plumber for. Food seemed somewhat bland to me. Not just in general, but putting it up against places like Pancheros and Qdoba. Some of their items were also extra money to add, where it’s not at others. Once I got the burrito in my hands, it felt loose and not very firm. Had a tendency to want to fall apart as a result. Other places, they wrap them fairly tight, and they hold their formation better without falling apart, not to mention you get a better deal by having more food included in them. Most the time when I’m in this area, I pick other places. I think I’ll continue to do so, as I would rather eat at the other 2 mentioned above anyhow if I was in the mood for something like this. I’m sure they do a good job for some, but didn’t really trip my trigger, and there’s a lot of options to choose from. Add to the not so great experience, and I just won’t be excited to give it...
Read moreI ordered 3 bowls. 3 bags of chips. 2 beverages. I ordered through the app and had it delivered. All said and done: $60. Ok. The DoorDash kid tells me the store was out of one of the juices I ordered. Tells me “they said to give you this instead”. I’m all, uh, ok but I ordered that drink as well. He’s all oh, uh, ok. Well they said to give this to you. Cool. Emptying the contents of the bag- there’s no other beverage. Cool. We get our bowls- each with our name written on it. Good job! Until we open them and have to swap them around because they were labeled wrong. Ok. Then we realize one is missing the barbacoa and lettuce. Frickin sweet. Not only that- the bowls are cold. And I’m talking- been in the fridge for a few hours- cold. And it’s in the high 50s here today and we live down the street from Chipotle. Awesome. The chips are super thick and burnt- no flavor other than burnt. They aren’t the thin, crispy salty ones. These are garbage. For $60!! So I contacted Support. Dude was all, I can refund your juice and I put 3 free entrees in your account to use within the next 3 days. Are you fricking KIDDING me!? Save yourself. Just go to Taco Bell. At least when they mess up, you don’t waste a...
Read moreI’m a recently diagnosed celiac and I have not gone out to eat in TWO months because of how afraid I am of cross contamination and the lack of gluten free places. I read Chipotle was an okay place to go as a celiac. I hate being an inconvenience and almost walked out because of my anxiety but my sister convinced me to try it out. I started out with mentioning I had celiac and I was handed over to who I assume was a manager on duty. Sure, it’s their job to follow protocol etc BUT this worker made eye contact, smiled, asked questions and began to explain the process. Asked what toppings I wanted and he removed the serving spoons which he took to the back to wash and the rest of the workers changed gloves. This worker (I wish I could’ve gotten his name!! He was thinner, beard, black hair, and gray/green eyes?) made me feel taken care of and I would be lying if I didn’t shed a little tear as soon as I sat down lol. Celiac has been hell in navigating but this place gave me hope. I just hope I get the same experience the next time I go! Because I will be going back. Thank...
