When I travel for work, I like to try the local eatery. To say I was disappointed with the food and service of Boki would be an understatement. I ordered the boki burger, which came with fries and I ordered a sweet tea for the drink. I placed the order at 12:08 pm and received it at 12:38 pm. There were two people ahead of me. The burger was overcooked, and the patty was cold. The only flavor I could taste from the patty tasted like it had frostburn and was extremely tough and dry. I stopped eating it after the second bite. I would have ordered something else, but no menu was displayed, so I checked the website for a menu. The website shows a selection for a menu, but when you click on it, it goes to a dead link. The lady working was rude and had little to no customer service capabilities. For a burger that costs 15$, I expect it to be somewhat appetizing. I give this place a 2/10. Don’t waste...
Read moreBurger Battle 2025 - I stopped into the Jones Seed Co building and on a whim decided to order Boki’s burger for takeout. (My fourth BB25 taste test). I was on the early side for lunch so they had it ready to go in under 5 minutes…super friendly service, too. I cannot overstate how INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS everything about the burger and fries was. The meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sauces were SO flavorful, as well as the pickled peppers and carmelized onions. The fries were chef’s kiss. Do yourself a favor and eat it fresh if you can. Takeout was still great but I snuck a fry when it was fresh and it was much crispier than when I got home. Whatever they sprinkled on the fries is my new favorite fry seasoning. I would love to see this stay on their menu after the burger battle ends. They aren’t wrong when they described their burger as unforgettable…I will be drooling about this...

Food - pretty good. My girlfriend got a gyro on a pita. I got falafel on a pita. The food is all nicely spiced, particularly the rice which I was impressed by. The vegetables all seem fresh. I don't recommend the pita, it is not very high quality and just kinda falls apart. Get your food over rice or as a salad. Portion sizes are large, neither of us finished our plates because there was so much food.
Service - seemed like the two employees there were fighting. They messed up our order a few times and had to remake things. We had time to kill so didn't mind and wound up with hot, tasty food so it's ok. Be wary if you are in a rush though.
Location - very comfortable, modern setting. Sit outside if you can and then get a coffee from The...
