Extremely Disappointed!!!
I was really looking forward to trying Brioux Falls Coffee after walking 3 miles to get there, but unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived a few minutes before closing on 7/7/25 and was met with incredibly rude service from the two girls working. They looked like sisters and were clearly not happy to be there.
The younger one, who was running the register, practically threw my change at me and acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience. Her attitude was unnecessarily aggressive and unwelcoming. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
If you’re the owner, I would seriously consider reevaluating who you have representing your business at the front counter. First impressions matter and this one was a major letdown. I won’t ever be back and I will let my peers know not to ever come here. Matcha was terrible and...
Read moreThis place looks like a fresh little joint, a warm welcome to Sioux Falls and the Steel District no doubt and I look forward to visiting in the spring when I'm in Sioux Falls. Not sure why the two pointless and inane negative comments and ratings tainting their overall rating but I find them irrefutably incredulous. If you're looking for something special from something as simple as a smoothie other than the love it's made with you're just unrealistic and then of course there's Anonymous Joe at 1:00 a.m. with his unintelligible comment. I used to know these owners years ago and they are sweet kind loving helpful smart and good at what they do and I have no doubts Brioux Falls will be a success with more locations to come in the future. Happy holidays Brioux Falls may God bless you and...
Read moreI’m a really big fan of Brioux Falls! I like that they have monthly specials that rotate and aren’t the usuals that you see most places. I got a latte that had Peeps cold foam and a whole Peep in it and it was delicious. If you can’t do dairy, they do have oat and almond milk. They also have Lotus drinks, which I usually have a hard time finding.
There was plenty of seating and the view of the Steel District was nice. I didn’t get the food, but the person in front of me got biscuits and gravy and it looked like a decent portion.
I try to support local businesses where possible, so I was happy to meet the owner and her daughter, who both work there. Overall 10/10 shop and I’ll definitely continue to stop by every time I’m in...
