Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Smithfield

We placed an online order tonight, for curbside pick up. We ordered 4 medium pizzas, one of which was a deep dish and the other 3 were ordered with NO garlic buttery crust. No one in my family likes the garlic crust, we find it way too overpowering. I'm trying to remain positive here, however I'm a bit upset right now. The food DID come right on out to the car as soon as we got there. Other than that, that's about all the good I can say about this order. All 3 of the pizzas we ordered without the garlic seasoned crust, not only has the seasoning on them...but almost seemed like they threw on extra. The green peppers looked like they had been dug out of the trash. We literally had 4 green bell pepper stems on the pizza, like the best they could do to honor our request for green peppers, was dig what they could find out of the trash. Ordered extra cheese....hahahahahaha! What a waste of money that was! Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing Domino's order, which is extremely frustrating being that my family is on a very tight budget right now due to Covid. Can't even treat yourself to pizza, without being handed some bull. Thanks a lot Domino's. We sure do appreciate the money we wasted on...

Order the usual 2 medium pizzas which cheese, pepperoni & hamburger with instructions lightly toasted.

However, the request is always lighted toasted...but received the wrong order.

Contacted the manager..who stated that what was ordered. If she had taken the time , she would have seen the last history order prior is always the same. This order was almost $30 more than what we usually paid.

This manager refused to correct the order and abruptly hung up. So the customer service on correcting the order...she refused to pick up after several attempts to call back.

Dominoes does not produce the best quality pizzas coming from the New England area..such as New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

But for a manager to refused to correct the issue...is appalling.

As for as I am concerned...I am will no longer patronize this particular DOMINOES in Smithfield. I am totally DONE.

Illustrating such poor customer service by a manager who does not want to handle a wrong order delivery with no professionalism and rudeness has really shut the door.

ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS..do not tolerate unprofessional customer services with your dollars!!

Placed an order at 10:57pm online (2 sub sandwiches and a medium pizza). Received a call within 3 minutes of placing the order to only be told they were out of "sub bread and all pizza dough" and basically sorry! Clearly, these kids running the store wanted to leave early and the laughing in the background from the guys who called me didn't make it any better. Excellent way to lose a customer for life! I refuse to purchase to ever purchase from Dominio's Pizza in Smithfield ever again! Not to mention a pervious post mentioned how an entire family was sick from the pizza they purchased. Seriously, folks be careful... because clearly this place has a bunch of unprofessional kids running the store. Thank God for places like the Health Department, BBB, etc. because they will be notified in...
