Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority to any one person in this store. I walked in a few months ago because I was in need of a new phone. I've been a customer for years and had a broken s21 in need of replacement. I asked the gentlemen in the store if I was eligible for a upgrade since both of my lines had been paid off. They told me yes, then talked me into the most expensive 23ultra or whatever. Since I run a business and live by before and after pictures I agree because it had the best camera and was supposedly on them. They also told me I was eligible for a watch so proceed with buying that as well. I was very adamant that my bill wouldn't go up and they Insured me it was actually .10 cheaper.....hooray. They even called it in to confirm it wasn't a mistake. However the next month I got double billed. I went in for help and the manager tyler went over everything with me and said the promotion hadn't gone through and he would fix it himself. He went over everything with me and said a slightly different price of $202 would be my new bill. Expecting my next bill it was a surprise that I'm still getting charged $298 for 2 lines and one new phone/watch. I called every day for 3 weeks straight to try and resolve my issues and nothing no resolution and no call back from anyone who said they would help me. Read moreI had a huge issue with UPS stealing my brand new 17pro Max Iphones. No one with UPS store or online customer service was willing to take the time to help me. Also T-mobile online & phone customer service was NOT helpful at all and in fact made a lot of the situation worse & was charging me more than was quoted over the phone set up process. This T-mobile store employees went above & beyond to get everything sorted out for me and get my bill right & new phones back on track.
