Iāve been coming for years and have never had a bad experience until today. It was pouring down raining so I passed the drive-through and went straight to the window to pick up my app order. The young lady took forever to come to the window, when she finally came to the window she had an attitude, she stated to me that I passed the window and then she said what do you needš³ I explained to her it was pouring down raining, and thereās nothing covering my window, so I chose to come under the closed area and the drive-through window to pick up my order, I even apologized. She continue to be dismissive and go back-and-forth with me about my name in order,smh She went and grabbed my order, came back and gave me the bag with one napkin. When I open the bag, I realize that it was leaking out the side and that I needed some more napkins to keep it from leaking through the bag once I opened it and tried to fix the lid. Well, I sit at the window for at least 2 1/2 minutes waiting on her to come back and asked me if I needed anything else, SMH once I honk the horn and got her attention, she pulled up in the window and gave me a very disrespectful and irritated look. I said can I have some napkins please because this is spilling, she looked at me and said your windshield wipers are getting me wet, I stated to her Iāve been sitting here with my window down, and I have water from the mist in the background from the rain, coming in my window, Iām sorry the rain is bothering you ⦠The fact that my Bowl was even a soup versus an actual fruit bowl is still just a shocking. I come too often and spend too much money for this to be my experience. My food even taste nasty and was good AT ALL⦠I understand the young lady was probably not in the mood to be at work, but out of that whole staff, She was the first one to make me rethink coming back to this location as a customer. However, I did notice that it took a bit longer than expected for the employees to prepare my order. While this was a minor inconvenience, the deliciousness of the smoothies made up for the wait.

They turned off the lights to the store as I was pulling up to to window then whatever employees were there hid in the back as I tried to enter the lobby. It was locked. I pulled around to the back of the building where toe drive through is and waited in the parking lot. Guess what?
