On May 22nd, I ordered 2 pizzas for car-side delivery. Had order placed in the trunk. Got home and found 1 of the pizzas were completely wrong...had meat topping that we don't eat. I called the store, spoke to a pushy guy that was rude as heck. Said in an aggressive way "mistakes happen, they happen all the time, its not a big deal." Also said it was a mistake and wasn't their fault.. that it was my fault for not looking at the pizzas placed in my trunk. Then he said "you know what, we aren't going to remake or deliver anything, just make a complaint online" and hung up the phone on me. Are you kidding me?? Corporate should review the call because it said the call is recorded. Took place on 5/22/2021 @ approx 7:56pm at the 3333 south cobb drive location in Smyrna, Georgia. This was my first experience with how they handle a mistake. They can make a decent pizza, but customer service skills are horrible. I called back twice and the guy hung up on me. I called with a different phone and spoke to somebody else who was nice and understood how to speak to a customer. He offered to remake the pizza but could not deliver it and I had to pick it up. He offered free side item and I said "no thanks, I would just like the pizza I ordered"." I don't know what kind of customers they get that made the initial guy on the phone so defensive, but I'm not your average customer. I didn't care about the money, I needed the item. I missed having dinner with my family because I had to drive back to the store. We order pizza every single Saturday and have it placed in the trunk for last several months. I'm not saying I'll never be a customer in the future, but that initial guy should not be answering the phone. His attitude is what upset me more than THEIR mistake. If he's the manager, he should be demoted. You can't run a business where you make a mistake, don't acknowledge it, don't make up for it, and tell the customer to complain online. I work for a medical conglomerate, and know first hand your business will fail with the wrong people at the helm. If he was not the manager, then good luck keeping him on board. He's a liability to your brand. We are going to hold off on ordering from your store for time being. There are way too many other pizza places closer to our home to consider rather than driving out of our way to this store be verbally abused when they make a mistake. I will also recommend our local offices to no longer order...

I did pick-up and when I got home, the very first bite had the pictured hard rubber piece in it. I called and asked to have a new one delivered, and the manager, never apologizing once this evening, said I had to drive it back to prove to him this error.
I get there and he looks at the rubber and says that wasn't their rubber but they'll recook the pizza. Recook? How about refund for my gas and time wasted on your rubber food? Again, he never apologized or even said the word "sorry".
While I waited for my food I listen to him be rude to another customer who only wanted a paper receipt, and after going back and forth with her he took the 10 seconds it needed to print and give her the recipient requested.
When the pizza was finally cooked, the manager shows me the pizza and I said I didn't order a sausage and black olive pizza, it was meatlovers. Now, look at the photo I attached and tell me it looks exactly like the rubber picture. The cook had the nerve to point to one of the four ham pieces she put on the pizza and said it was "covered under the cheese". I said fine, and the manager shoved the OPEN boxed pizza at me and walked away from the counter.
Never going back to this horrible location and their horrible service, and corporate will soon receive this complaint.
Save yourself the headache and rude service and get a hot and ready $5 pizza behind...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am highly upset as to what occured tonight with my order at store 3333-A S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA, 30080. After my order was more than 30 mins late and missing a coke... Let's talk about what really has me disturbed at the level of Idiocracy this delivery driver demonstrated. He only had $5 in change on him. I handed him a $50. The order total was $33.87. He was forcing me to give him a $11 tip. Highly dissatisfied, I naturally reached out to the store for assistance. At first, the floor Manager was attempting to ask how much in tip we felt comfortable with and he would have the driver bring the difference. As you can imagine, this was not acceptable. Only after repeated pressing of a better resolution, I was finally offered my money back. But this truly was not a resolution either as my husband has to work early in the morning and would not be present to collect said money back and I was on my way out. Needless to say; they ended up stopping by my place of residence, unannounced, then proceeded to call. Please keep in mind I was on a tight schedule because I had to get in to see an urgent care before they close at 10pm. So, I was not there to collect my money back. The SMART thing to do would be for the individual to buy a visa gift card for what I paid and have it mailed to me. Makes the most sense right?! That way it does not further disrupt my families plans for...
