I have become a fan of Dunkin donuts since first trying it about a month ago. It seems a little bit strange that I had never been to one of these places, but I was a hardcore Starbucks girl. That has changed. I really love Dunkin' for the taste and the price. Plus they have a great variety. My visit today was really good; this location is the best one I've been to yet. The employees were nice and friendly, plus I was there with my service dog and I have developed a bit of anxiety going into restaurants with my dog because I have in the past had some bad confrontations where people don't understand the law regarding service dogs and want to kick me out. That didn't happen here. Everyone was really nice, and they seemed to know what to do when a service dog came into the restaurant because they completely ignored him. That's exactly what is supposed to happen. My only complaint really and the reason why I took off one star to make this four stars instead of five is that I got a donut today that I was told had vanilla cream inside and instead it is just a glazed donut with icing on it and a peep on top. I had been looking forward to trying the vanilla cream after one of the staff told me about it, so it was a little bit of a disappointment when I ate the donut this evening for dessert and discovered it was just this glazed donut. It was still pretty good, but I would have loved to have the vanilla cream since that's what I thought I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live behind stewartsboro elementary and Iāve known this store to be slow before, but the one across from Nissan is out of my way from work, so I come here. However, this morning, 4/7/19, I send for my order when I leave my house, say I am ready to pick up as Iām passing Almaville Rd on Old Nashville, about 10 min away. I arrive and neither items are ready. 2 people in the drive thru, 1 person in store. After the guy that was waiting on his order in front of me, this young lady asked if I had an order, I advised her I sent for my mobile order about 10 min prior. She made my coffee, handed it to me, proceeds to the back to get the items for my sandwich, I asked how long it was going to take cause I had to be at work in 4 min, a reason why I sent for my food to be ready way before I arrived to give them plenty of time to prepare it, she said 30 seconds, and then when it was done, she came to the counter, threw my order across the counter, and said in a hateful ton, āhave a nice day and hereās your order, we only have one register and we are busy.ā I told her I didnāt ask for the attitude that I was just going to get a refund so I could leave quick, and she said āget out of my store, you have your order, now go.ā I asked for her manager and she stated she was the manager. I asked for her DM name and she said āget out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have officially given up on this place. Issues with orders consistently being wrong. You order something and then when you get home its wrong. Then you have to either drive all the way back to get it fixed. You can't call them because their phone does not accept incoming calls. This happened many months ago. I spoke to a district manager about customers not being able to call the store and several months later you still can't. So they ignored my concern. So if you have an issue you either drive back or you just suck it up, eat it, or throw it away. Once again a couple of days ago I received the wrong items in my order. There comes a point where you have to say to yourself "why do I keep going back?". I also don't understand why the bagels, first thing in the morning are so rubbery and tough. I get they don't bake from scratch and its a frozen product they sell, but I shouldn't be able to bounce my bagel like a basketball either. You can actually go to Publix next door, pay less for a bagel, better quality and fresh baked each morning. Dunkin bagels are $2.49 each, Publix they are $1.99 and their bagels are Einstein bagels. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere...
