Went here last night and ordered 2 of the 4 for $4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers for my nieces, A #7 Big Bacon Double Classic for my mom Sandwich only, A #7 Big Bacon Double Classic Large Combo for myself. Drinks choices of a chocolate & vanilla frosty, and 2 large drinks of root-beer/coke. While ordering the food at the drive-thru Renise was so hurried to rush me through my order. I was interrupted before I was done ordering. So we got to the window and got 4 bags of food which was correct and all 4 drinks plus a extra frosty. They did not hav to do that. It was much appreciated though. My mom took the extra frosty for later on in the night. So we got home and everyone had their correct order but me. I ordered a #7 mind you which is the Big Bacon Classic. So I opened my burger and it was not what I asked for. I forgot too ask for the onions to be removed so I always take them off before I have my first bite. What do I see when I unveil my burger. Sorry what did I expect to see? I expected to see pickles, onions, tomatoes, and they were not able to provide lettuce because of the fires in California so I understood that because their supplier has no source of income with the lettuce. Ok fine cool. No. NONE of that. I saw jalapeños, no onions which I was fine with, and no tomatoes. They gave me the #12 I believe and that is not what i asked for. Nor did this show up on the board when I was ordering. They did not even have the common courtesy to give me Ketchup for all the orders that came with fries. Both my nieces were kind enough to give me the tomatoes off their cheeseburgers so that my mouth would not be burning because i had nothing else to eat. My mother was definitely not going back out and I would not ask her to because Wendy’s should have got my order correct the first time. This Renise girl obviously was not listening. She wanted to rush me so fast and agave me the wrong food in result as we can see. Otherwise they wold not be getting a bad review right now. I think Renise needs to work on her patience and attitude. Or maybe find a new job altogether. When you choose to work at a fast food place you have people come through the drive-thru and ask for the services of fast food. Because they don’t want to cook at home for whatever reason. This is very bad Customer service. I hope that Renise gets put on Work Probation or something. Review Probation. Whatever you call it. Because there should have been no reason why I got the wrong burger. What would have happened if I was allergic to jalapeños? What would be the case if that was one Of my nieces and they were allergic to jalapeños at the age of 5 & 8 years old. And i did not check my burger about the onions. I will tell you. I would be sick in the hospital right now swelling up. Thank god I love some spicy things most of the time. They would have also gotten sued. Pretty sure they don’t want that. Maybe next time pay attention. You could endanger somebody’s life out here. Covid-19 is already doing that job. Don’t need Wendy’s doing the same thing only from a order being put into the system wrong. Going to go to Wendy’s again tonight and get the same order. If I get the wrong order again I am going to talk to the manager. IMMEDIATELY! It is a shame that my mom and I have to pull over in the parking lot and look inside our food bags before we even get to the house to see if our food was made correctly. So done...
Read moreMy family wanted to try breakfast at Wendy's this Saturday morning. We were initially in the drive through for about 5 minutes and we barely moved so we decided to park and go in to order breakfast. We were able to place our order in no time, however we waited for 30 minutes to receive our food. While waiting we witnessed that the employees were bickering and arguing about which order they were working on what has gone out and what they were working on. I believe that they were understaffed for a weekend and undertrained or probably just overwhelmed by so many people wanting to eat there, I get it that it's their first week with breakfast service. The manager was kind enough to refund some of the other customers who couldn't wait any longer because they had kids who were already very hungry. Now when we were able to get home and try the food what I can say is that those potato wedges were very delicious probably my new favorite for breakfast at a fast food restaurant in fact my whole family enjoyed the wedges, 3 of us tried the Breakfast Baconator and man ohan was it delicious as well, my two younger kids enjoyed their sausage egg and cheese burritos. The frosty-ccino vanilla was pretty good as well. We will be back but probably a little later when it's not too busy or when the...
Read moreTheir management " Justin"has no idea how to deal with their mobile app. They say it run by another company. I spoke to Justice, the manager. Even though I had a handicap placement card hanging in my car, Justin asked me to come in so I didn't hold up the line. It was very hot out. So I asked for all I had to deal with. Could I get a free Iced Tea for my inconvenience? The cashier told me no that he couldn't do that. So I asked to speak to Justin again, and she went to the back and came out and said there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't come out and talk to me, which was very inappropriate since that's his job as a manager. So I asked when the General Manager was going to be there so I could speak to them. The cashier told me she could not tell me that. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's, and for their manager to hide in the back was ridiculous. I thought the manager was supposed to help with complaints. Justin didn't do anything but ask a disabled person to come in when they have a drive-through for everyone. The rest of the staff had no idea about their mobile app. Why have one if you can't use it. They blamed whoever runs the app, "Which is a separate company." Why have an app in your company's name if Wendy's employees have no idea...
