I do not like writing negative reviews, but in times like these, where how and where you spend your money truly matters, I feel it’s important to share my experience. First, I’d like to share about Leslie and Danetta. Leslie was our server and Danetta, another server helping her out with our order. With a table of 6, Leslie was super professional and efficient, while Danetta embodied true customer service and teamwork. Everything else was as expected, the food was hot and on time, the TV’s were playing sports and the surrounding tables seemed to be comfortable. The negative in this review is based solely on our experience with the bartender, Donna. Our table ordered three drinks, a margarita, a dracula and a “blue drink”. The margarita and blue drink were fine and as expected. However the dracula was non-alcoholic. Despite being over 35 I am carded often because I do not look my age and although Leslie asked for my ID, I thought maybe she made a mistake with my order. Before I could let Leslie know, I was able to get Donna over the table in which she insisted it was not non-alcoholic and in fact had 1/4 of bacardi in it and further insisted she could “doctor me up” another but could not remove it from the bill. With this, I asked to see the menu again to ensure just what alcohols were included because I was sure there was no alcohol in the drink that was presented. On the menu the drink called for Bacardi Rum, Patron Silver and Lemon Lacquer, none of that was included. I was served a glass of “strawberry” syrup. She then said she’d get a manager, after 20 minutes, the manager never came. We’re halfway through our meal and Leslie asked if we needed anything and I asked for a manager, immediately after the manager came over and I explained. He too insisted the drink had alcohol in it, but since it’s a fruity drink it’s hard to taste. I’m 100% sure the drink was not weak, instead non- alcoholic, he offered an extra shot, but I declined and simply asked to have the drink removed from the bill in which he did Unfortunately for this experience, I will not return to this location. I am also considering not returning to the chain after the manager advised that the alcohol in their drinks are hard to taste. I’d hate to run into a similar experience.

We sat there for almost 15 minutes before they asked for our drink orders and waited another 20 to get 2 cups of cold coffee and solid sugar then we waited another 10 minutes for a spoon to stir the sugar into the coffee. Then she asked if we were ready to order having never seen a menu or being instructed that we had to scan something to bring the menu up on the phone. The manager who was standing by heard the conversation and provided 1 printed menu for 2 people. We decided on the 2 for 32 meals and an appetizer, my friend chose the wings. What they brought out was chicken tenders that were as hard as rocks. I was ready to leave prior to placing the order but we were both hungry so I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves and they used it to sink further. My friend felt very insulted, her actual words were “ do they think we are 6 year olds who can’t tell the difference between the wings and the nuggets?” Yeah, well I cancelled the order and offered to pay for the really bad coffe. The manager was sent to outlets table upon cancellation of the order and said he would cover the cost of our coffee. I took pictures just because I don’t expect anyone to just take my word for it.

Needless to say, the shrimp were cold by the time the correct sauce was served. The manager did discount the bill, but we spent an hour and 45 minutes in the restaurant. We went because my husband (who had just worked 11 hours in the heat) wanted to take advantage of the $1 shrimp offer they are currently running. Typically, we haven't had good experiences at any of the Applebee's we've been to. This is it for us.

Horrible service. Poor quality food. No concern for the guest. Also, no service from management. We arrived into the facility and there were very few guests inside and few servers as we sat with a group of 4 individuals we were only given two menus. About 5 minutes later the server comes and brings us plastic silverware and has to return to bring the other two menus. We order our drinks and it took rather long for 2 waters, tea, and a coke and all of our drinks are filled to the top with ice so you get hardly any drink. Easy stuff out the way now on to what is the real problem, we wait for a long period to receive our two appetizers both were spinach artichoke dip. We received one correct and one as a white queso dip which I immediately offered back to the server which she politely declined and told us to keep it, which is great service. NOT, she returned faster than any other time and promptly stated that the manager required he to remove it from us. Now 2 are eating and 2 are waiting, we wait so long that our main course arrives before the dip. I ordered a steak broccoli and mashed potatoes (which I now realize I never got my broccoli) at this point I still have not received any type of silverware and I am forced to use a plastic fork and knife to cut into a steak, both my steak and mashed potatoes were lukewarm at best the center of the mashed potatoes are very cold and by the time I finish eating a steak it was also very cold not hot not freshly prepared not tasty at all very displeasing. However I decided just to eat this because right next door to us I had a young lady who ordered a full rack of ribs and her entire rack ribs was cold and all of her sides were as well she sent this back however she got it returned and it was still cold so she had to send it back another time her boyfriend was also there with her and he had also sent his meal back twice to the point where he opted out of some of the portions due to the fact that they just were not very edible. We made our displeasure is known to the server and the server did not offer any type of compensation or assistance at any point during the meal, I also never received any refill on my water. I would say that I'm extremely displeased with this place and I never plan to return here and give them another chance It was just so disgraceful that I wouldn't even want to try that again and experience it all over. And they ran out of receipt paper to print a copy for us to sign nor another copy...

Overall the food was great! We got the boneless wings for an appetizer but the portion seemed smaller compared to the other times that we have ordered but still great in taste!

Our server was was nice and attentive. No complaints there. :)

The issue that made us a bit uncomfortable to continue eating and for us to not go there anymore was the hostess. When we first got there the hostess was busy cleaning and did not seem that organized. But overall took our name and number a little bit later. I made the mistake of not mentioning that I may have had other people joining our table. I didn’t mention it due to an issue months before where I said I had people coming and they did not show up and got scolded for taking up the seating.

We asked our server if it was okay and assuming they asked the hostess. I didn’t think it would be an issue since we had 2 seats at our table and just needed 2 extra seats. During our whole time there, there was empty dirty tables that were untouched and no one near where we were seated.

My issue was that the hostess came at me to ask what was the deal on me requesting more seating if I didn’t say so from the beginning. I can see my mistake but I do not appreciate her coming to question and getting bothered with me. She Could have said nicely, “ Sorry we cannot just because we have limited space and are a little busy,” instead of being offended and making us feel uncomfortable during our stay. I just didn’t see the logic behind it since there was about 5 tables near us with no people and dirty tables.

I would not be writing this review if the hostess would have just told us nicely instead of having an attitude and unpleasant approach. We did understand that they couldn’t sit the rest of the people with us but we did not like her approach to the issue by coming at us in that We overall would not be coming back and this is not the first time I have seen this hostess’s attitude ...
